Cozy Couch

5 stars does not do this place justice. Right when you walk in, Gabe and Marcelo, their friendly and knowledgable sales team make you feel welcome and really do a great job of finding out what type of couch best suits your place and lifestyle. Prices are reasonable as well. For a custom couch as awesome and comfortable as the one we got, I’ve seen prices double or even triple at other places in the city. What really set cozy couch apart for me though was their amazing 2 man delivery team who had to take off the legs of the couch and shimmy and shake it in my apartment building doorway and then up 2 flights of stairs. I was having a small panic attack when they were struggling to get it in at first but they kept calm with smiles on their face. I can’t recommend this place enough. Also– always Tip your delivery people folks.

Came in to take a quick look on my lunch break. I’ve been looking for a couch for awhile. Cozy Couch stopped me from settling for a couch at West Elm. Bought the floor sample and I’m very happy with it. Gabriel was very helpful. He was there upon delivery and gave a very insightful tutorial on my new couch. Will for sure recommend Cozy Couch to anyone looking for a couch especially a mid century modern style couch.

They have great merchandise and the best, best sleeper sofa insides. You’ll want to splurge on the memory foam mattress for your sleeper sofa. It’s a little bit more but substantially better than the non-​memory foam mattress. There are no slats and you can’t feel the usual uncomfortable parts of a sleeper sofa. It’s also much better than the inflatable air mattress ones which can pop or just feel strange.

Great selections and great service! I came in to purchase a coffee table that I had seen at their other location, Furniture Envy, and they immediately got to work getting my item and ringing me up. Marcelo and Zack were very personable and even made sure to open the box and inspect the particular item I purchased to make sure it was free of nicks and scratches and then resealed the box before loading it into my car. The shopping experience was great and I would definitely come back to look at other selections when it’s time for me to buy another piece of furniture!

This is a great place to get a custom sofa at an extremely reasonable price and get it in a very short timeframe.
I had shopped many of the larger mainstream places (Room & Board, CB2, Crate & Barrel, etc.) and found their prices to be higher, long delivery times (if you weren’t buying stock fabrics) and little flexibility in sizes.
Cozy Couch has a great selection of styles and fabrics. The salesperson there — Marcelo — took care to walk through options and I didn’t feel at all pressured. He promised fast delivery and I was happily surprised that I got my new custom sofa exactly as I wanted it and it was delivered before Christmas (I purchased first week in December!).
I would recommend Cozy Couch to anyone looking for a great product at a good price.

Couldn’t figure out why it was so difficult to find an apt.-sized couch in SF (other than ordering a custom made couch), until I stumbled upon Cozy Couch where I found the exact couch, with a nice high-​end design, quality of fabric, good workmanship and good prices. Big, big thank you to Marcelo who has the patience of a saint, helpful without being pushy, professionalism, understanding, and great customer rapport. Also thanks to Shirley, the manager, and Zack, manager of delivery and the delivery crew of two.
After finally deciding (many hours of choosing the right fabric), I was told the couch would be delivered in 2 weeks…(yeah, right… especially during the holidays??). To my surprise, and in keeping with their word, the couch arrived 2 weeks, and even 2 days early! They called on a Friday and said the couch would be delivered the following day! The delivery team was great, maneuvering the couch down a narrow hallway and setting it up.
The also carry larger sofas, different styles, with great prices. Just love the couch… thank you again Marcelo, and the Cozy Couch team!

I found Cozy Couch on Craigslist and visited their showroom in San Francisco and can truly say that they were exactly what we were looking for. Very low key with very knowledgeable staff to help you when you have questions and leave you alone when you are trying to decide. Truly a pleasant experience!
Once we decided on the couch we wanted (chesterfield style, duh), we went through what seemed like a thousand different fabric options in which to have our couch upholstered. Really an endless selection of colors, patterns, fabrics and feels for you to sift through but it never felt overwhelming (really just felt accommodating).
As we selected a couch with nail heads we were able to select the finish on those too, really cool. Then 2 weeks after we made our order and purchase we changed our minds on the finish of the nail heads (yes we are those people). We called Cozy Couch and without a second thought they immediately called the manufacturer who agreed to make the switch even though they had already begun installing the nails. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR FICKLE CUSTOMERS!
The couch was delivered 4 days earlier than promised, carried up narrow stairs. through a narrow door and placed exactly where we wanted by the delivery gentlemen.
The finished product is both beautiful and remarkably comfortable. Could not be any happier with the customer service, selection, delivery, quality and overall execution.

I bought a beautiful dresser here for the bedroom. The store really surprised me. Everything on the floor appears to be very high-​end and probably is. But the prices are so low. I’m afraid once everyone finds out about Cozy Couch the price tags will go up.
The dresser we bought was too big for our car, so we asked for delivery and they surprisingly got it to our Marin home the next day. Very pleased.
Hopefully, if you visit the store you’ll be greeted by that wonderfully helpful chap Marcelo. He seemed to have no limits on the custom designs they could do for the sofas. From the fabrics to the dimensions, to the types of feet, the colors. Anything goes. All of them are made in LA and the turnaround time is fast. He almost convinced us to order one right there and then but we promised we’d come back right after christmas.
By the way, if I’m not mistaken, they’ll also dispose of your old sofa for you if you don’t know what to do with it.
