I’ve been insured by Steve since 2010. I’ve had home and business insurance from him and, recently, I purchased more insurance as our assets have grown. Steve does his job well, understands the insurance business, and he made sure we are not under-​insured.

I received a low premium for the first year of insurance coverage. However, in the subsequent years, the premium has increased by 5% or more each year, which is more than the rate of inflation. I feel that this company is operating with a «bait and switch» tactic. I discussed this with Steve Cresci and he very rude and dismissive.
