Terrific knife sharpening while you grab a coffee at the Ferry Building farmer’s market. Bob is good at his job and low-​ceremony. Cash only.

Bob took my overworked and chipped Shun knives, ground and polished them into shape that was better than I received them from the factory! East coast Chef, loving this west coast Craftsman! I would pay any money to get my knives to Bob. :)

Bob and his wife are great!
They not only sharpened my knives they did it with a smile and great attitude. If you have any knives needing sharpening don’t hesitate to go to Critical Edge as they are the bomb!
Quick tip — Drop your knives off at Breakfast and pick them up at lunch.

Bob takes his time with each knife. I will trust my Globals with him as he doesn’t take too much off the edge and pays attention to the difference in the blade angles.
Yes, it does take time. Get there early and plan to pick them up a couple of hours later.
