I attended a pre-​opening party at the new location for the Exploratorium now at pier 15. The party had samples of several different catering companies. As much fun as I was having, I also had my dear Unilocal community in mind and tried to take notes of the food… brief as they were.
My single notation for Curiosity Catering was «duck» — underlined.
Ah yes, the duck. It was extremely delicious and very tender. As I savored the hors d’œuvre it struck me that one would certainly not exclaim «Hmmm, tastes like chicken.» That my friends is a very good thing.
