Honestly the Worst Experience I ever had using a Designer. She never got back to me promplty. She billed me for follow on up on my curtains that were late. When I questioned her and told her it was not right, she did take the charge off. I’ve requested an itemized bill from her for her time, and she has never responded. To date, I still don’t have my bathroom fixtures that I paid for. Terrible experience.

Used this company when I bought my home and needed help getting it together. They were a complete rip off! Just wanted to spend the limited budget I had on small overpriced items. No design vision was presented for the job — just took me on an expensive shopping trip to the SF design center. When the pieces I purchased did arrive there was something wrong with all of them.
— Bed scratched
— leather sofa scuffed and scratched all over (tried to tell me that was the patina)
— Arm chair: not the one I ordered
— Chaise sofa (made left to right when it was meant to be right to left)
— Paint — beige every wall every room
— i could go on and on and on
All in all a horrible experience. Wish i’d pulled the plug on the misadventure earlier than i did.
Would never use again or recommend to anybody
