Dean is the hardest working man in the Real Estate business. He singlehandedly orchestrated the renovation and staging of our condo in Jackson Square. We could be happier with the results. I worked with Dean to purchase my first home in San Francisco. I interviewed multiple real estate agents, and Dean was an easy pick. He is extremely responsive, highly knowledgeable about the local real estate market, and a pleasure to work with.
Dean was also amazing through a hugely unexpected development as I was closing on my condo (seller’s fault). He helped navigate this unexpected roadblock with ease, and I felt expertly guided throughout the whole experience. More than anything, I trust Dean, and I relied on him for his expert guidance.

My wife and I purchased our first home with Dean and it was about as smooth of an experience as one could hope. He worked with us to execute a 14 day close (super fast) and was crucial in getting all the parties together.
My wife and I both have busy schedules, but Dean made himself available for phone calls whenever we could make them (typically around 5pm weekdays and anytime during the weekend). He was patient with our questions and quick to provide helpful information and referrals for things like movers, contractors, etc.
We can’t imagine what it would’ve been like to buy this house with anyone but Dean.

I had the pleasure of working with Dean in July for my home. He represented as the seller’s agent (and Jessie Lee was my agent on the buyer side) and I am so grateful for their help. We were in a very tough market for buyers and somehow Dean was very courteous and helpful throughout the process as we closed our home.
Dean is a very courteous, humble, and genuine person. A few other sellers’ agents I spoke with were very arrogant and didn’t care for my business (after all, buyers were lining out the door at open houses.) Dean treated me like a friend and a client. Dean worked tremendously hard for his client and I really respect that. He was always available to arrange meetings and was very thorough in addressing both the seller’s and my concerns.
When I put in an offer, Dean must have combed over it line by line because I was getting questions from him via my agent throughout the night and early in the morning. When he was comfortable that everything checked out, the seller accepted my offer.
Here we are a month later, and we’re happily living in our new dream home. There is no doubt in my mind that we would not be here today, likely still in a rental apartment, if it were not for Dean and Jessie’s help. So from the bottom of our hearts, we sincerely thank you Dean!
