This place is open. I was just there last night. Place was lively and good vibes for the Cubbies.

It is under new management should not be able to use the reviews and recommendations that they have not earned…

Really happy to have found this neighborhood sports bar to catch the Final Four game. Instead of dealing with waiting in line at the popular places like Dobb’s Bar or Ace’s, this place has plenty of room, and you’ll most likely be able to get a seat and a table without having to fight throes of people.
Getting drinks at the bar was easy, and beers are reasonable at $ 5 a pop.
If watching the game on TV is not appealing to you, they have a giant Jenga game (half the bar will watch you while you play), darts, and pool. They also have a bookcase of boardgames if that’s your jam.
The bathrooms are clean and spacious, which is unlike what you usually find at a bar. There’s one for women and one for men.
They will let you bring in your own food, which is awesome. There are plenty of pizza places nearby to go with your beer.
There was a strong Midwest contingency (and a lot of Badger fans for the most recent game). Overall, great place to come grab a drink and/​or watch a game without all the fuss of a crowded, dirty bar. I’ll be back here for the next game, and more!

Great neighborhood bar during football season. I’ve never met such friendly and sweet bartenders and they offer FREE FOOD on Football Sundays! They also are very accommodating and make sure the game you want to watch is on. I also like how it doesn’t get super crowded and you’ll definitely get a seat (I hate standing in a crowded bar getting drinks spilled on you while you try to find a seat).
Highly recommend coming here if you want a chill bar environment with the nicest bartenders!

Mostly, this place is great. Its a great place to watch sports with lots of TV’s and tables. There is almost always a seat. Recently, however, I have gone in to saddle up to the bar and they have been OUT OF BEER! I have been very disappointed by this on more than one occasion. I went during a big Sunday football day and also during the NCAA football championship game night and they were either out of beer completely or several types of beer. Just to note, the place is not packed every night of the week. Based on the fact that the place is only busy during big game days I’m not sure why this is happening.

Fantasy Football owners: This is the place to be on Sundays! 12 TVs with every game on. The bartender even asks you what game you’d like to watch. She’s super friendly and the Bloody Mary’s are fantastic! Great vibe for a local bar. Real sports fans and free wifi. Bring your device and keep up with your scores while getting helpful tips from other Fantasy Football owners. The 9ers fans pile in for their games, but you can still see all the other action.

Talk about the right place to watch game 5 of the world series!
The whole bar sung Take me out the ball game during the 7^th inning stretch — that pretty much was the final sell.
Also — free food! doesn’t get much better than that. And the grill master personally came and found us for the last round of sliders because we kept missing them. How kind!
Busy — like we got there 20 min before game time and there weren’t actually any tables left (we sat at these strange benches which had been set up on kegs clearly for the game — I’m not complaining). But it was really the perfect amount of busy. The «I can still breath and go to the bathroom but I feel like I“m part of SOMETHING» busy.
And they ran out of Lagunitas. :(, but I needed to find something to criticize. ;)

I want to love this place as the new Dirty Trix Saloon /​Chicago bar, but there is this awful female bartender here who denies that this is a Bears bar and refuses to put the Bears game on the major TVs. What?!?
Please, please, Dirty Trix owners, straighten her out! Where are you today? :(There isn’t even sound on for any of the random games she has on. Boo. Several of us Bear Faithful are here and totally disappointed. We’re leaving after this beer…

No, I am not a Bears fan, but came here to watch the MNF game anyway. If you do happen to be of Midwestern descent and love your Bears (the FOOTBALL kind), this is where you want to be! You’ll be able to cheer your heart out and be surrounded by people who are doing the same. The bar erupted into some anthem that I had never heard, but is apparently the go to when Chicago scores. The point is, there’s lots of camaraderie here, very friendly, lively, etc.
The beers were cheap — $ 4 each, and they serve free hot dogs. Super spacious (yet doesn’t feel empty), brick walls, lots of tables for sitting in case you don’t get a seat at the bar, and friendly bartenders.

Let’s cut to the chase… this is a classic neighborhood bar with friendly neighbors. It’s iconic for face value. I can go anywhere, I choose to come here because of CC (Cathy) She’s a legend, a friend and the heart beat of Delores Corners. Great cold beer, great fun.

Love this spot been coming for years this place is like cheers Sam the bartender always shows us love. Good beer good people pool & darts. Really good Moscow mules too.

Great little sports bar, nice tap selection. Bartender was friendly and attentive. I’ll definitely be back for a pitcher.

Came here to watch the niners and Seattle game. Coming from Canada, I wasn’t a huge football fan (don’t hate me) but before long I was screaming with everyone else. Place was crazy busy, but I still didn’t have to wait too long for a drink. There was a free spread of food which was a really nice touch, and I took full advantage of it. All in all a great sports bar.

Joe & his staff have created an oasis of community in the heart of the City. This is a place where your treated like family the minute you walk thru the door. An establishment that captures the essence of what bars in the City were like before the City became hipster heaven — a throwback with multiple HD screens and the NFL package — good solid drinks, excellent service, smiling happy people at an unbeatable price — love this place.

My friends live right by this bar and of all of the times I have gone to their house, I finally came to Dolores Corner for the first time. I was very impressed and I’ll definitely be making it a normal stop when I visit those friends.
We came in on a Saturday afternoon, and the customers pretty much consisted of an older crowd of regulars sitting at the bar. The female bartender was chatting excitedly with all of them and seemed to know them from previous visits. You could tell they enjoy coming to this bar. My friends and I ordered a few beers from their tap (which was a good selection in my opinion). I chose the Anchor Steam. Others ordered Bloody Marys which looked OK and didn’t have veggies but did have a lot of vodka in them.
We grabbed a table and chatted as the GIants game played on the large TVs. I loved the laid-​back atmosphere here. It is a place you can go to enjoy some strong drinks and not have to worry about impressing anyone or being bothered. The bartender was happy, friendly, and awesome. I noticed she was pretty heavy-​handed with the liquor. Nice! Definitely check this place out for a chill afternoon or evening if you’re in the area.

Great friendly neighborhood pub. Joe, Ray, Sam and crew are outstanding. Fun and relaxing. Make you feel at home. Good beverages too!

As a semi regular (once or twice a month) place is looking real good. Best thing done was keeping the heart and soul of the bar-​Kathy :)
