People who work there absolutely do not speak any English, so it’s extremely hard to order from them, or even talk to them. The pizza is absolutely inedible. I don’t think I ever threw away pizza, in this case I did!

It must have change management. The delivery service was excellent but the missing fifth star is that they forgot the sauces. They brought them back within minutes. We recommend them… the quality and flavor of the food was excellent, too!

I guess these bad reviews are for delivery. Here’s my review for takeout: it was super fast! Only 8 minutes from order to pickup. The pizza was super delicious, it was really cheap, and the employees were friendly. Thanks Dominos!

Placed my order due to all the«changes» they have made. The pizza took a long time to be delivered but in the city that is expected. The pizza quality is the problem. It is terrible! The pizza had sauce all over the place and hardly any cheese. The crust is tasteless and the sauce is a combination of wing sauce with pizza sauce. I have to compliment the location for their customer service though. We called to let them know the quality was not acceptable and they did refund the order.

Here is an interesting one I called and ordered a pizza yesterday, the guy tells me he cannot make any deliveries due to the thunder ??? I said what thunder? He said I mean the rain is to dangerous for my driver so no deliveries ! That is the most horrible excuse I have ever heard !!! DONOTORDERFOODHERE !!!

After an hour of waiting I called. Some guy answered and told me the drivers car broke down. I asked why wasn’t I called. He claimed he tried calling me and it would go straight to voicemail. I was watching and checking my phone the whole time so i know he was lying. I asked why he didn’t leave a voicemail and he claimed he didn’t have time. I then again asked him if he truly did call me and he claimed he did. I understand cars break down I just don’t appreciate being lied to over and over. I don’t like being treated like a fool. I have no missed calls or voicemails and my phone is working perfectly. If you don’t have time for your customers then what do you have time for?

I want to preface this review by saying that yes, I am ashamed to admit that I tried out Domino’s. Giorgio’s was closed for a staff party, and I thought I’d try a cheap option for pasta. That said, the food was actually pretty good(why I gave two stars). HOWEVER. I made the mistake of not reading all of these 1-star reviews. I am actually sort of surprised that Domino’s continues to allow this store to represent them. Our story: I ordered through the website, ordering a «build your own pasta bowl» for the vegetarian, and a thin crust pizza for myself(also vegetarian) with a CUPOFRANCH. This was at 6:30pm. I should mention that this place is less than a mile from us. It was estimated a 40 minute delivery time, and the food did arrive around 7:25pm. The vegetarian starts to dig into the pasta bread bowl(I know), which was supposed to have aflredo sauce, olives, garlic, parmesian cheese. «OMG this is amazing!» he says. I try some too, and it’s great. Then a minute later, he says; «is this CHICKEN?». And so it was, a big chunk of chicken. The entire bowl had chicken in it. I check the order, and there’s no mention of chicken. Also: they give us marinara sauce for my pizza instead of ranch. I call the place up at 7:35pm. At first the guy who answers tells me «all alfredo bread bowls have chicken in them.» I am very confused, and he is insistent that it is supposed to have chicken in it. I go back to the website and look-no mention of chicken. Eventually after some back and forth, he says«Ohhhh you must have done ‘build your own’», which is what I told him at the beginning of the phone call. He tells me he will give me a coupon for next time. I tell him actually, we want it remade. Sounding completely surprised, he says ok. «I will make sure this gets sent out right away!», he says. Also promising ranch sauce. So like, around 8pm, we’re getting to be all«wtf», because no one has showed up. My husband starts talking about how freakin rude it is that they will lag on redelivering a botched order. Finally, at 824pm(almost an hour after the reorder), I call again. This time a woman answers. She knows about the order, and tells me that it takes a long time to make the bread bowl. She also tells me that THEDRIVERHASALREADYLEFT. I ask«what’s the ETA?», and she does not understand. Eventually, she says he will be at our place in 5 minutes. 20MINUTESLATER I call again, and this time the guy answers. «The driver just left», he says. I tell him that the girl said that 20 minutes ago. I hear him scream«did you tell them that he had left already?!?», and a female voice shouting back. There is some arguing. He says to me, «The driver left 11 minutes ago, and should be there soon.» omg, it takes 19 minutes for us to WALK there. We wait another 10 minutes, and finally, dingdong. And guess what? We got another marinara sauce. No ranch. By this time, we had both eaten my pizza. So: badly botched order, and person who ordered that had to wait a total of 2.5 hours to get their food. And no ranch. Don’t lie to your customers, Domino’s at 5200 Geary!

Everyone who has been giving them 1 star has their head so far up their ass, they can probably see shit. I’ve been ordering here since I came to the city 3 years ago and have never had a problem. In fact, I’ve ordered so many times that I now know and enjoy seeing the same delivery people and give them an extra tip because of their speedy service. Very few occasions have they shown up late or with a not steamy pizza but they do not at all deserve 1 star or 0 stars. If you want fine quality expensive pizza than go to a nice restaurant. If you also want that pizza to be at your door within 40 mins than go to taskrabbit. This is domino’s for fucks sake and they do a fine job at it. Also just ordered a pizza right now and it showed up in a timely 40 mins didn’t have to move an inch. PS, love you domino’s always will. Oh and here’s my zaaa.

One of those«At first I wished there was a zero rating, but then I gave them another chance» stories. THEYSTILLSUCK. Better open all the boxes at the door and make sure everything on the order is correct, else the ESL incompetent operator bungles the call you put in to fix the issue. Not for nothin’, but I gave up on them a long time ago. Silly me for thinking they fixed anything.

Ordered a pizza on Sunday night at 6:12PM, delivery estimate was one hour. The pizza still had not arrived at 8:45PM and they hung up on me twice when I was trying to cancel the order. I had to complain to corporate/threaten a chargeback to get them to take the charge off my credit card. The worst part was I could clearly see on the«pizza tracker» that the pizza was finished at 6:41, while the manager lied to me on the phone saying it «just came out of the oven» at 8:45. Avoid at all costs if you’re ordering delivery.

This place needs better employees and more of them Dominoes has great pizza the thin crust with pepperoni and peppers as well as the deep dish with pepperoni is addictive. Besides the great pizza this location is under staffed and employees are rude and need to learn to speak better English. I walk in to order their large three topping special only to be told they are not taking orders. What not taking order! And given the address and pointed the wrong direction of another dominoes. After learning that that dominoes is several miles away and in the opposite direction that I was told to walk I decide to return and the guy is in the process of taking my order but ends up in a heated argument with another customer who pizza is two hours late. That customer is leaves without pizza and it’s been fifteen minutes and I’m still waiting. Dominoes you can do better

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They cancelled my order and claimed to have spoken with me and proceeded to hang up on me as I was speaking. Not worth the money or time at all.

Worst customer service ever!!! Our pizzas were delivered wrong and with hair in them and the manager called us liars and hung up on us multiple times. Unbelievably rude!!!

The worst experience ever! Do not use Dominoes as your late night hunger/drunchies pizza place. 1:00am: Ordered my pizza. I’m stoked 1:30: Looking at the tracker, everything was going smoothly until they re-started the whole pizza-making process w/o even calling to tell me why 1:30ish: I tried calling the store a couple of times w/no one answers 2:00: Still no pizza… 2:30: Already half-asleep, I get a call from the delivery guy saying«Sorry, I should be there in 10−15min.» 2:40: Pizza arrives! I’m already over it at that pt but whatever 2:40−3:00: Open the box & eat the pizza that’s cold now For the innocent hungry people, I highly suggest that you order from Nizario’s or other local pizza joints, NOT Dominoes

Ordered using their mobile app 3 hours ago. Pizza has yet to arrive. No phone call or email. Tried calling them 3 different times and the phone is either busy or just rings endlessly. Awful pizza and awful service.
