Terminal A is already bad at SFO. There is literally nothing to eat other than a couple cafes and a pizza place. Then you can’t even get a day pass to this lounge to kill time. Lame… make some money… charge 100 bucks… you are a business right?! Now I won’t fly Emirates. Good job on that thinking. Dubai offers day passes… you don’t. Someone messed up.

Unfortunately I have to give this a star because if I could, I wish I can give NOSTARS. Worst customer service experience ever. No accountability from their end as far as accommodating guest. Our flight was delayed and 4.5hrs later we were told the flights is now cancelled. Announcer announced«please take your bag and go home. We will reimbursed your cab fares». No one knew anything about our next flight and we tried 12hrs to just get answers and we were constantly told«we don’t know». NEVERAGAIN.

WORSTAIRLINE!!! Bad customer service. Our flight had some technical difficulties apparently, AC stop working. All passengers were seated and ready to take off when announcement made to depart the flight. We were told it is going to take an hour to fix the AC. They were keep changing time on the screen without communicating with the passengers. 4.5 hours later they came out and informed everyone that«flight is being canceled. Please, collect your luggages and go home». Exact wordings. What kind of way of communication is that. They left all of us without any further information if we were getting hotel accommodations or when next flight was coming. Kids crying, old folks without any understanding of what was going on and people panicking what to do at that point. They didn’t use speaker for announcement till I told them to make an official announcement so, everyone can figure out next step. We saw all the staff taking off right in front of us. I wondered if they even bothered to help out people who weren’t able to get things done their own such as, people with small children, elders, and people with language barriers. HORRIBLEEXPERIENCE. First time and last time with this airline. They might have good reputation of having nice planes but if they are challenges they have no idea how to handle it and take care of their customers.

Absolutely fantastic it is better than any other lounge in the world. Rest of the airlines must learn how to have great lounges like this, emirates just gets it right all the time. The food selection, showers and the comfort was just superb.

I don’t have to lie that i am always flying in business class but when i do i do in style and this place adds the jewel in your travel. The best part about this lounge is that you don’t have to check-in from a separate gate and there is a entry from the lounge to the place which is not even there in DUBAI business class lounge. The ladies at the main lobby is friendly and will explain you the lounge amenities. Its very neat and clean. it has good choice of food and beverage. I don’t think you will complain. You can see the airplane getting to gate from lounge to give you an idea for boarding. nice showers if you want to get fresh.

The best in SFO!!! We’ve got the contract with them to do their weekly flowers in their lounge. I also found out that they are the only airline lounge to have fresh flowers not only at their reception desk but all through out their lounge even in the dining room and restrooms. We have been working here for a year now and with all the observations i have… they have the best airline and best service all around the world…5 star all the way.
