Don’t come here. I would give them 0 stars! I bought a 1 carat diamond ring with the pave diamonds on the sides. When I walked out of the store, three diamonds had already fallen off. And the center diamond was set too high. I went back to the store to have it fixed. I asked the sales guy to set the center stone lower. The sales guy told me to come back on a weekday because they didn’t have the small diamonds in stock. But when I went home that night I discovered that the center diamond and the inside of the white gold ring were DAMAGED! The center diamond was cracked! I was in disbelief and upset and I went back to the store the next day. I told the sales guy what happened. I asked for a refund because I was having such a BAD experience! The owner didn’t give me a refund. She only offer to exchange the center stone. I asked them to exchange everything. The sales guy quickly got a diamond and said that he would take it to another goldsmith outside the store. I told him that I didn’t like the way the diamond looks on the inside. He wiped it with a cloth and said that it was dust. The owner asked for $ 100 more because she said that the new ring setting is 18Kt gold. I said NO. I’m not paying anymore money. After 21⁄2 hours, I went to pick it up. The ring came back a quarter size small. The sales guy said that he had it sized according to the damaged ring. The owned made excuses for the goldsmith saying that he had an accident. Also, his hands were cold. After several weeks, I went back to have it resized. The sales guy said that it was ok. I told him that it’s tight when my hand is warm or hot. He told me to come back on Monday because the other goldsmith from outside the store is on vacation. I went on a Monday. I asked the sales guy to size the ring a quarter size bigger and tightened one of the prongs. After two hours, there was still something wrong with the ring. There is a scratch mark on that prong and there are scratch marks on the inside of the ring. They can NEVER get it right! There is always something wrong with it!

If I could give them no stars I would! This place is horrible! Went there for a gold necklace and they kept changing the price! After making a $ 600 purchase we decided to return the necklace. They wouldn’t refund our money and kept asking why we are returning it. They were rude! Anyhow. She claimed that she had refunded the money but so far we done have a credit in out acct! I had to go through my bank to get the money back! Stay away from this place!!!

if you’re a criminal, come on down to this«business.» They willingly accept stolen credit cards – and don’t worry, they won’t ask for ID even when the credit card is marked«SEEID.» I know this because the folks who stole my credit cards came to Eradiance straight away, and immediately made a bunch of charges on MULTIPLESTOLENCREDITCARDS. Fair warning about this«business.»

How do I put this politely; THIEVES and scumbags. I bought a Citizen’s watch from them and regret the day ever finding their store! I was recently back east, so for the first time I had to adjust the watch to EST. When I went to adjust it, the stem pulled directly off the watch and into my hand! Not normal for a watch. I took it back to them when I returned from the east and they said«stem not covered under warranty. We can fix, we charge you» WHAT? Why would I give them another .01 $ THEYARETHIEVES! STAYAWAY! And as SO’s review points out, they DID change their name. Looking at the receipt, it has GRACE Jewelry black marker’ed out and ERadiance written in. I will see if I can cross post this to any review from GRACE

I went to eradiance jewelry across from Macy’s(they keep changing their name) to get a pen engraved for my son’s birthday present. BIGMISTAKE! Not only did they f-up the job, they tried to convince me how beautiful it was. In addition, they speak Chinese in front of you and when I asked what they were saying they ignored me. I only wish someone had warned me not to go there. Now I have to find someone to fix their lousy job.
