I’ve been going to Eric exclusively for all of my hair needs for over 5 years now. I am a punk chick so I love color– every shade, every where. He is a color genius. He’s always coming up with new innovative techniques I would never think of, let alone be able to create standing on my tippy toes over my sink with a bowl of $ 5 hair color. On top of that, he’s a fantastic and innovative stylist as well. I am a dog walker so need styles that will give me volume and beauty without styling products. Yet the cut can transform into something truly spectacular once I can blow dry it on Friday night.

I’ve been looking for my hairstylist for years now. Actually, I just let my hair look like a rats nest because I don’t trust anyone to cut it. But now I’ve found Eric. It was the best hair experience I have ever had. Eric is fantastic! I have dry, frizzed, over processed and I’m always looking for a stylist to do something fun to give me a fresh look and give my hair life. The cut is absolutely perfect and the color is even better. Highly recommend!!!
Another stylist came over and quietly commended Eric for his work. This seemed sincere, as I’ve been to salons where it almost seems required that the stylists fawn over you and your new hair. She complimented me, and moved on. One of the best things: Eric gave me tips on how to recreate the look at home and stressed that I could come back in if it wasn’t working. How great is that?

Eric is seriously my hair angel! I moved from Florida a year ago and have yet to leave his side. I have extremely thick hair and have always found that hairstylists tend to get scissor-​happy and cut my hair in all the wrong ways. I have gone blonde, brown, bronde, had a lob and then bob, ombré, balayage, you name it and Eric can do it.
He’s SO good at matching what I ask for from pictures. He explains what he’s going to do before he does it and I never feel uncomfortable asking questions or asking for new things.
Beyond that, Eric always works with my crazy work schedule and has stayed late to finish my hair long after the salon was closed. I’m so grateful to have found his crazy, funny, beautiful soul!

I absolutely love that Eric Gutierrez has moved here. Such a cute little shop. He has been cutting my hair for the past 4 years and does a fantastic job every single time! I have a short pixie and he is awesome at fine tuning it and getting all the small details just right. I always leave there with a tight haircut. I get compliments all day long while im at work and even carry his business cards with me because so many people ask «who cuts your hair?». My sister has even started driving up from Sunnyvale to have Eric do hers. If you are looking for a super stylish, modern cut, I’d highly recommend Eric. His attention to detail is top notch.

Eric definitely transformed me into a chic and fun blonde! He talks to you and lets you know each step of the process and checks in frequently. He knew what my hair needed, its really thin and reacts fast to bleach and there is no damage. He gave me a conditioning treatement and a blunt cut. Love it love it love it.

Eric turned my flat, baby fine hair into a work of art. I just could NOT believe that my own hair could even have any fullness whatsoever. He is absolutely amazing and can turn anyone’s hair (and life!) into beauty with his magic.

Eric is amazing hair dresser. I’ve known him for few years and have followed him wherever he goes. I’ve always had him cut my hair pretty girly with side bangs and layers. I love how I can go quite awhile without a haircut and my layers will still look amazing. He’s very nice and professional. He’s amazing at color corrections and other things as well. Don’t be shy to give him a shot. :)

Eric is a creative genius. He listens to you even when you dont know exactly what you want and checks in many times even though i usally tell him to just go with it. I trust his vision and he always leaves my hair looking way better then i imagianed. Now if i could just get him to come over every morning to style my hair!
Go see Eric you won’t be sorry.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said? Eric is awesome! I walked in with drug store hair dye burgundy (?) hair that was tired, dull and lifeless. I showed him a few pictures of the look I was going for. He spent time looking at my hair, touching it and talking about realistic options for me. I gave him the green light and he ran with it. It took some time (3.5 hours, but in fairness it was a pretty drastic change with like a million foils) but I walked out with color that was pretty spot on with my inspiration pics! My hubby loves it too (and my 7 year old daughter said I look like Princess Anna). The only negative (and it’s really minor) is that unfortunately a bit of the bleaching agent got on my t-​shirt collar and messed up my shirt (super sad face), but it’s a trade off for my rockin’ new hair!

LOVE LOVE LOVE the way Eric cuts my hair! Everytime I see him I tell him «give me the Eric special». If your looking for someone who takes passion in what they do Eric is your go to man. He will not disappoint i promise you! Thank you Eric for being the best hairdresser!

Whoa! What an amazing CREATIVE hairstylist! Very Rare talent! I have been seeing Eric since 2010 and he is always amazing when it comes to properly maintaining my two tone hair look but this time around he took me to a whole new level of fly! He upgraded me to a colorful rainbow on the side of my head! This is classic! May he style my hair forever!!! Everyone should have Eric styling their hair!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Eric! I found him first at Rain Tigi Boutique Salon. It was there that he spent time asking me what I wanted and expected from my cut. By the second appointment he figured out where my ‘problem areas’ were. I have really short hair and some areas get heavy and full. After the second appointment, I knew Eric would be ‘my guy’ and I could never see anyone else! I followed him to Izek day spa salon. He takes time with me and really pays attention to the cut and detail. He recently took me from red to platinum and I can’t walk out of the house without getting compliments. I even have people stop me to take a picture of my hair! He is worth every penny!

I have been getting my hair cut by Eric for five years. He is truly gifted. His haircuts are fierce, cutting-​edge and make you feel like a model when you walk out of the salon!
