Everything Audio Visual handled the lighting, drapes and sound for our August 2015 wedding at the Asian Art Museum. We chose to work with them based on a referral from our caterer McCalls. Everything Audio Visual works at the museum frequently, so we felt confident that they’d be able to deliver everything we needed and more. They were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were extremely responsive over email with all of our questions. In addition, they were so accommodating with a last minute request days before our wedding to set up a slideshow. They gave us a few options to choose from, which made it a lot easier on us. In the end, the space looked absolutely stunning. The sound was amazing, it filled the room, but was not overbearing. We are so happy with our decision to use them.

I had the honor of working with Everything Audio Visual because the Event Management company I hired brought them in to take care of my AV needs(415 Catering, they were fabulous too!). EAV was taking care of some simple projections on the wall and lighting at a client event of ~150 people. We ended up having some electricity troubles in the space and EAV stepped up at the last minute to get us the equipment and support we needed. I am thrilled to have worked with EAV, my event would have been a lot more stressful otherwise. Thank you to Everything Audio Visual for being prompt, delightful, and knowledgable!

We got our lighting and DJ service from EverythingAV in a very competitively priced package. This included speakers for the ceremony and cocktail reception for which we played our own music through an iPod, sound system and DJ through out the dinner reception, a 63″ flat panel for our slideshow and video, perimeter lighting, spot lighting, and gobo lighting. Everything went perfectly and was beyond our greatest expectations. Chris and DJ Dan were very responsible and attentive. They catered to our personal preferences and were very involved in the design of the lighting setup and music playlist. The best part was how they helped us do the dinner reception introduction. We had a very complex intro process where the bridal party was introduced via a NBA style announcement, followed by a video we made, followed by bride and groom intro with our own music on a cd. The hand off between each step was so crucial and it went flawlessly. We would highly recommend them and would hire them again with the next opportunity

This is a hands-down, flat-out, easy five stars; I’d give them more if I could! Chris was such a wonderful person to work with for my 10⁄22 wedding; kind, informative, and highly responsive. He is incredibly knowledgeable and made our wedding venue(SF City Hall) look stunning. ALL of our guests commented on how beautiful the lighting was, and what an impact it had on the feel of the event. One of our older guests even commented that the lighting made it seem like«no one had wrinkles»! Without question, the venue would not have looked nearly as beautiful if it weren’t for Chris and Everything A/V; they are great!

Everything Audio Visual did the uplighting for my wedding last month. Best priced in all of SF! Chris was super easy to work with and responded to my calls, emails, and changes professionally and efficiently. The amber color he recommended gave a wonderful glow to the room. Highly recommend as a way to enhance your special event!

I’m a guy so that should put my comments in perspective for sure. Did we like Everything Audio Visual? I’m listening to the CD of our reception dance music right now. And that’s not the half of it. On Thursday before our Saturday wedding, the officiant got H1N1AND the DJ went into the hospital. The owners of EAV helped us find a new officiant and did the music themselves. And everyone we run into said it was one of the best parties they’ve ever been to. Thank you, Anna and Chris.

This is an email that I sent the owner of Everything Audio Visual after my wedding. I never heard back so I thought that I would just post it on Unilocal because it sums up how we felt… Hi, I hope all is well. I have wanted to write you this email for a while, but have been struggling with the words. The lighting was beautiful for the ceremony. It couldn’t have looked any better. The lighting was also pretty for the reception, but it wasn’t the three changing colors that would change every hour and a haf that you and I had discussed during our meeting. When we walked into the reception room for the first time, the three colors were alternating. I was pretty disappointed. And it pains me to say this but D.J. Dan was awful. He pronounced our last name wrong when he introduced us for the first time. I went over this with him and to make sure this wouldn’t happen. Also, he took our 8 best dance songs, and in the very begininning took 30 seconds from each song and made it into the worst mix I have ever heard. It was sooo bad, that I looked at Tony and almost started crying. He never played those songs again. I was very clear with him and thought he understood that I wanted the entire songs played, not just 30 seconds of each. He abrubtly changed from song to song. Everyone at the wedding thought he was terrible. It was really sickened to spend the amount of money we did on the wedding, and end up with such a lousy D.J. I am just beyond disappointed with the way things turned out. I thought that you should know!
