AMAZING PEOPLE!!!
Jo Biel and Frank Kim are very patient, responsive and follow ups are thorough. They put in their 110% on every case and do not sugar coat anything, they told me all the possible outcomes so I was prepared. Their fees are VERY REASONABLE for all that they do!
I was extremely stressed when I called Jo, she immediately knew what I was going through and talked me through the process to calm me down. She’s very compassionate and caring, made sure I was breathing before we hung up the phone.
Frank Kim would answer all my random questions and slap my hands when needed.
They’re a great team and I highly recommend their service.

Jo was awesome. My father in law needed help evicting a Section 8 tenant and they very efficiently evicted the tenant who had subleased the premises from the Section 8 tenant. Jo was responsive and extremely professional. We liked that they offered a flat fee service vs hourly and they were very good about explaining the steps and what we needed to do moving forward.
Special thanks to Jo for being extra patient with my father in law who could be a handful at times with all his silly questions and the fact that he probably bothered Jo about everything sending her almost daily e-​mail updates regarding his tenant situation, even when it was obvious that he should not have bothered her with those things. Jo provided excellent customer service. I know my father in law won’t hesitate to use their services again.

Like most people who call EA, I was in crisis when I gave them a ring. Jo was so compassionate, thorough, and responsive. They helped with a sticky situation and were WELL worth their very, very reasonable fees. We worked with Jo Biel and Frank Kim to get a difficult tenant out who had stopped paying rent, and had no intention of leaving. The tenant himself was an attorney with law degrees from John Hopkins and Stanford, and was using all his skills to delay and prevent us from getting him out. Frank and Jo knew what to do, and had him out in the shortest time possible.
Jo met with us, explained everything, and was always available on the phone to help us understand intricacies. Frank represented us in court and ended the situation with a better outcome than we expected.
We used their flat fee service, and it was very comforting knowing that we were not liable for $$$$ per hour of work involved.

They were efficient and quick in filing all the paper work necessary to get the legal process moving.
