Excellent service friendly staff. The price was in my budget. I was very happy with the job they did.

I called around 3PM to get a quote. I got a lower quote than other companies for the same OEE glass on a Honda Civic. A technician came to my work in 30 minutes and replaced the glass in about an hour.
Overall great service and workmanship. I even got $ 10 off by checking in on Unilocal

Jose was a friendly and efficient staff at the window repair. My husband’s car was broken into last night. Jose was able to repaired the window within 30 minutes and clean up all the glass too.

They are FIVE STARS for a reason. The stars don’t lie people.
Before I called them, I called another ‘reputable’ five star auto glass company hoping to speak to a person about my glass being repaired. I called no but answer. so I left an email but to no avail. Very disappointed but not Express Service Auto Glass!
Morena is an absolute joy to speak with. She has made the unfortunate experience of getting your window fixed much more convenient. Not only do they fit to your schedule, but they offered the lowest pricing for the repairs.
Their name says it all it’s express and that’s the service you’ll get.
The repairman Jose, came at the time he said he would (that is accountability and dependability) and less than 15 minutes later, voila, new glass installed as if it was never broken in the first place. Payment is very convenient as they accept cash or credit card and they work with your insurance company to deal with your comprehensive insurance/​deductible.
That said, I rarely post on Unilocal but I do give credit where it is definitely due. So folks, if have any auto glass problems or issues, Express Service Auto Glass is the way to go!

I made a call at 12:30pm to have one of the windows of my car fixed. They notified me that a technician would be out within an hour. They called me around 1:30pm that the technician was outside waiting for me, and by 2:00pm the job was done. The service was quick, prompt, and hassle-​free. I would highly recommend their services.

My windshield was smashed in the parking lot from a fallen tree branch.
I called Morena and got a quote from her, after telling her I had a lower quote from another shop she managed to match my other offer. She gave me an appointment for two hours later. Jose came to my house, he was super nice and did a great job. He really went the extra mile driving back to the shop to get me a new mirror to replace mine that turns out was broken from the fallen branch. All and all I had an amazing experience with «Express Servce Auto Glass» and I would warmly reccommend them to anyone in need!

I got some great service from these folks. Morena was willing to match any of their competitor’s prices, and once we settled on a price ($ 300 for my 2014 Ford Escape OEM windshield) She had friendly Jose and his assistant come to my house and replace it. They gave me a two hour window of time that they would arrive, between 2−4pm, and they arrived at 2:30pm. It took about 45 minutes for them to complete the job, it looks just like new. It’s been over a week and no problems yet. We’ll see how it holds up in the rain. If I get any leaks I simply call them and they’ll fix it up. Thanks Express Service Auto Glass!

After a wonderful night out at Mighty in Portrero Hill, I unfortunately came back at 4 o’clock in the morning to a broken rear passenger window on my eight-​week old Honda Fit. I am from New Jersey so I knew better than to leave any valuables in my car, but given my neighborhood (I live in the Upper Haight), I wanted to act quickly to get the window replaced (lest I come back to my car one day and find someone sleeping in it).
I, of course, check Unilocal and find four phone numbers of the top-​rated auto glass repair services in the area. When I called Express Service Auto Glass, Morena answered the phone and gave me a VERY competitive quote for the glass repair. Morena was very thoughtful on the phone — asking me details on the make and model of my car, if there was any tinting on the windows, and also shared with me that the business will also match any competitors’ prices. She understood the urgency of my request and said that she could actually squeeze me in for an appointment about a half hour after my phone-​call! I was still doing my research on competitive quotes so I told her that I would call her back if I decided to proceed with the work.
A little over a half hour later, Morena called me back to check up on me and whether I had decided to move forward with the work. It was a tough choice between Express Service Auto Glass and the other guy, but the other guy’s location was slightly closer to me (which would cut down on my travel time to and from the business to get the work done).
While I did not get to have work done there today, Express Service Auto Glass is definitely on my short list when it comes to businesses that I would call again (or refer to a friend). Morena is an absolute pleasure to work with and she helped make a tough situation for me into something with a clear, straightforward, and easy solution. Extra bonus: Express Service Auto Glass will come to YOU during the week to get the window fixed — wonderful!

My mom woke up to her Nissan Maxima rear window smashed this morning when she was taking my sister school. This is the second time we go with this guys for a glass replacement. They have the best deals and even gave us an extra discount for being loyal customers (of course no one want to be a loyal customer in this circumstances but is always comes necessary) So we called Express Service Auto Glass and Morena picked up the phone very nice lady by the way. And she told me a technician was able to put my window no later than today in the afternoon. And they could come to my house with no problem and weren’t going to charge me more for it. When Jose showed up around 2:20 (my appointment was between 2 – 4) very friendly, this guy really knows what he’s doing it was really easy to fix & it only took him 35 min to put it up, as well vacuumed & remove the small pieces of glass. I recommend Express Service Auto Glass they are professional people, with a great customer service!!!. They make a big problem into a small problem.

I made a 3−5pm appointment with Morena to meet their technician, Jose, at my house. My car needed the rear passenger window fixed after a burglary.
I had to take time off of work to go home, so I wasn’t too pleased when Jose showed up at 525pm. Had they told me this up front, I wouldn’t have had to take time off at all. I was ready to write off this company then and there.
Jose turned out to be a pretty good guy, however, and he explained to me (in broken English) that the door posts that held up the windows were also broken, as were a bunch of other rusted out parts. He advised me to hunt for spare parts at a junkyard for future repairs, which sounds like an adventure.
He vacuumed up the broken glass and installed a new window panel in about 20 minutes.
The dashboard panel had been ripped out during the burglary, and Jose helped me fit it back into place. Unfortunately, after he left, I realized that the dome lights weren’t working anymore, nor was the electrical plug.
In the end Express Service was the cheapest quote I found for replacing the window, and the job got done without having to take additional time off. If I had paid $ 50 more for the window replacement, which was the next best quote, I would have expected better punctuality and thoroughness.
The shop is obviously stretched thin in terms of labor supply.

Called Express Service Auto Glass due to the great rating on Unilocal.My 5 star rating is no different from the others. I called and spoke to Morena. Her quote she gave me to replace my who windshield was very competitive and reasonable. What was great was my vehicle windshield had all sorts of options. She asked for my VIN so she could call the dealership to verify my type. That’s was great. They guys installed my windshield in no time and was very professional. I definitely would recommend them to others. Look no further, these guys are great.

Nice service, friendly people. Quickly fixed my window. Referred me to a great place to eat while I waited (bayshore taqueria — eat there! It’s awesome!!) good price too! Went above and beyond and even shined my other windows and cleaned the inside of the car a bit! Thanks guys!

Woke up to a smashed rear window and my stereo gone. Express Service showed up within a couple hours and had the window repaired, glass vacuumed, and center console put back together within 20 minutes.

Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had going strictly off Unilocal input.
First let me say that getting your window smashed in SF although not uncommon, is an annoying experience. This company made my ordeal much less cumbersome.

However, the reason why I’m taking the time to write this review is bc the day my window was smashed was the day of the Warriors parade, Obamas visit and the civic center anniversary event. Needless to say there was an absurd amount of traffic and I was 45 minutes late to my house. This company WAITED FOR ME. And didn’t make me feel bad about it.
If (and when) my car window gets smashed in again, I will 100% call these guys! The best

I had SUCH a good experience with this crew. I was so bummed to go move my car in my own neighborhood and find a window broken and my belongings strewn about. It was a huge relief that my glass replacement process was easy and inexpensive (I definitely price shopped first.) These people are friendly, prompt, professional, and fair. Free mobile service meant that I could go to work on Bart and they came to my car to finish the repair up with my boyfriend supervising — easiest car repair I’ve EVER experienced. I highly recommend!

Having your car broken into sucks. Express Service Auto Glass makes it suck a lot less.
I found my car broken into Friday evening when I came back from work. Broken window, ripped out the stereo, and made a big mess in the interior.
Keep in mind this is Friday around 6pm. Everyone on Unilocal for «auto glass repair» is closed, and not open again until Monday. Except these guys are open on Saturday. I call expecting to leave a voicemail, and am so pleasantly surprised that someone picks up. I am able to schedule a mobile technician for Saturday, between 10am and noon. Perfect!
Saturday, around 10:30, I get a call saying that the technician is about 15 minutes away. I meet Jose outside when he arrives, and he says it will take about 30 min. When I come back to my car a half hour later, not only is the glass repaired and interior vacuumed, but Jose went out of his way to also put my center console back together. That is really above and beyond.
I highly reccommend Express Service Auto Glass. Very hard working, quality work, mobile service is a huge convenience, THEY’RE OPEN ON THE WEEKEND, and overall they exceeded my expectations.

Reliable and great price.

Finally writing a review for this business.
My window was broken into in front of my house and needed a window replacement. I called several auto glass business around the area and this business offered the lowest quote.
The technician came to my house and installed the replacement for my window. It took him about 3 hour to install it, because he couldn’t figure out the proper alignment of the window (my window adjust automatically when it opens/​closes)
The following morning, I noticed the window they installed is curved then I drove the car to work and heard glasses inside my door whenever I stop + wind whistles coming from my shut window. I told them the problem and they came back few days later.
Two technician, Jose & Melvin, showed up to tell me that the glass they brought is also curved. They said, that all the glasses they have for my car are defective (are you serious?) so i decided to not care about the curved window and ask them to at least fix the wind blowing from the gap.
After 3 hours, I test drive the car and the wind problem is still there. They suggested me to get a BMW glass to fix the problem (pay more) or get a refund (but they have to take the glass off. Are you serious?! your glass is defective and you want to take it out of my car and leave my car without a window) I paid them and it’s their responsibility to fix it, not suggest me to pay more because of their defective glass! They should have repaired it without charging me more money!
Horrible! I’m just waiting for my window to break again (may not be possible since i already installed cameras around my house) so I can ask another dealer to fix it and do it right.
Suggestion! Even if you go to other places, drive your car right after you get your window fixed to see if it’s installed right.
Overall experience? Well I still hear the wind from my window. What do you think?
