Fictiv

I called Fictiv a week before our big tech demo. We needed four large plastic enclosures (10“x10“x2.5″) with small features (they also advised on how to design these to print well and increase strength). With our company’s small Zortrax M200 3D printer, we would have to split the enclosure into 8 pieces (and join them later), and it would take over a week to print it all ourselves.
I should mention that getting a quote was extremely easy. The options for materials, color, and production speed are clearly laid out, backed with comprehensive resources explaining all the options. I just uploaded the parts and within an hour I got a quote.
Even though Fictiv had a huge volume of orders that week, they worked out the logistics to print and went the extra mile – taking calls literally any time of the day, working off-​hours and weekends to make sure the prints came in on time.
Throughout the entire process, they were constantly updating us on the production. And when something came up, they let us know right away and explained every option with how to proceed.
I have to give special mention to Sunny, Fictiv’s Hardware Coordinator. Sunny took extra care and ownership over our prints to make sure they got in on time. He’s a clear an honest communicator and a logistical genius – he’s responsible for fitting in our prints despite the large number of orders they had that week. For our last part, he stayed long after hours to make sure we got it as soon as possible.
We got all the parts we needed and the quality and finish was excellent. Hands down, one of the best experiences I’ve had with a business due to their care and customer service. Looking forward to working with them again soon!

The resources and help coming out of Fictiv is invaluable. They have an informative and easy to read resource center and the team is super helpful. Also, the weekly hardware newsletter is always an informative read.
