Sadly, my car was broken into at this, supposedly, secure garage. It happened to a second car as well. Security either via camera or attendants is seriously lacking. Now, I have to pay a $ 500 deductible for comprehensive. Is this justice?

My car was broken into in this garage this weekend. Smashed the window and took everything. Nothing was visible which means the thieves really took their time. I’ll be tracking down the devices they stole. Don’t park here overnight.

While living at the Fillmore Center, this garage was my only option for parking. I paid for monthly, which was in the ballpark of $ 150 a month, so pretty much standard/​borderline cheap for San Francisco.
It was always clean, I personally had no security issues, no break ins, and it was well lit. Located roughly 1.5 to 2 blocks from the Fillmore (venue) and very close to a lot of restaurants and shopping.
Hourly rates were standard as well. Don’t bother trying to find a spot on the street, just pull into this garage and save some time :)

Public parking might be fine at the Fillmore Center, but Monthly parking for residents is pathetic! ALWAYS broken. Cant get in. Cant get out. ALL THE TIME!!! $ 250 a month for parking on top of rent and I have to park on the street regularly. Parking here without a garage would not be fun. So if I were you, I wouldn’t live here.

If you’re going to 1300, Yoshi’s or anything around the area, this is the niceset, most convenient garage around. Assuming you don’t mind paying for your parking.

A few months back my car was broken into in this garage. Security patrol? Security cameras? Two blocks from the precinct? No help… nada. Driver beware.

Mountain View, CA
Great for a parking garage in the city – I just wish there were more of something like this garage in some of the other neighborhoods, but of course, some other neighborhoods, such as the Financial district, have that tendency to be pricier. Not bad here, as a friend and I came into the city last weekend for a performance @ Yoshi’s and paid $ 6 for about 3.5 hrs. I’ve paid more for a shorter time in the past. I’ll consider this garage again for a visit to the area.
