Not a whole lot to choose from but they’re always open and prices are cheaper than a floral shop. One small assorted roses are $ 7.99, a dozen solid color roses are $ 14.99(not sure if the prices fluctuate) while long stems are $ 24.99 a dozen.

I continue to stand by my previous review and give this place a 5 star for their products and services. This is a long overdue review because my wedding was back in December of last year. I ordered the flowers but my husband picked up the flowers and he also had a great experience interacting with the stand’s staff. In fact, the staff had even lent him a bucket to hold our flowers because he couldn’t carry all the flowers in his car with the carriers that he had brought. That was a very grateful gesture on the flower stand’s part. Once I got the flowers, I was amazed by the beauty and quality of my roses. I will upload some photos to show this because pictures describe a million words right? The roses are large and lasted for many days. In addition, Toli had told me when I ordered my flowers that they will help trim the thorns off the bridal bouquet roses and he held his words – greatly appreciated that Toli! Overall, I saved a lot of money on flowers, had beautiful flowers for my wedding and enjoyed great service by Toli and his staff.

To put it simply: perfect flowers for the cemetery. We’ve been coming here for years to get our flowers. I know it sounds cheap that we buy the $ 2.99 bouquets of mixed flowers but hey, they always look pretty decent! No idea how long they last but they’re good mixes for $ 2.99. There’s always been a decent variety to choose from. The guy that was working here today was super nice. He wrapped the flowers in tissue paper and after I paid, said to hold on while he replaced one of the carnations. Definitely not necessary but it was really appreciated! He had to take off the tissue paper, replace the flower, and rewrapped the bouquet in tissue paper with a smile. How sweet! There’s really no reason for us to not continue to come here. And I’m sure the $ 2.99 mixes are a great cheap way to brighten up the house a bit once in a while!

My poor dead aunt would be so pissed if she knew I was placing flowers on her grave from this place. WELLGETOVERIT! Granted the quality is pretty meh… but you can get 7 bunches for 21 bucks. Yep I had a lot of graves to put flowers on. Very convenient as it is right on the way to colma. 2.99 per bunch is cheap but you get what you pay for. Sorry Auntie

This place is staffed by some very lazy and verbally abusive folks. They won’t do anything but sell what they have. I wanted them to mix 2 bunches of flowers(red and yellow roses)-even offered $ 10 tip and they would not do it. When I complained about it-the purported manager then refused to sell me any flowers at all. He then made a homophobic slur and called me the nickname that is used by the British for cigarettes.(3 letter word-starts with an «F» and ends in a «G») I am not gay but being born and raised in the City-that kind of attitude reflects what meat heads the employees are at this place. When I responded to their insult the manager and his dim witted lackey then tried to challenge me to a fight.(2 young guys against a 60 year old). Needless to say-I left quickly. I then went over to Andronico’s and got much nicer flowers. The lady there made a huge bouquet and refused a tip-saying«the tip I get is making you happy.» That sure was a change from the attitude at Brothers Papadoulos. Also, their flowers do not last near as long as the ones bought at other places-likely because they sit in the sun all day. While the place is convenient-you can do much better price wise by just going to the flower mart at 6th Street and Bryant. In addition, there is always Andronico’s and a great place on West Portal that has very helpful staff. Frankly, there is no shortage of florists in the City so I will take my business elsewhere.

Love this place. Very reasonable prices. Good selection of the most popular flowers. They also have good bouquets nicely arranged. I try to stop by at least twice a month to buy flowers to brighten our home.

Cheapest flowers in the city no doubt about it. For me the flower stand serves its purpose when I have very little time and I’m on my way to SFO to pickup my wife, mom, and or wife’s mom. I’m not a fan of how they wrap flowers in old newspaper that gets soggy, nasty and quickly discarded. Also make sure you double check your flowers for breaks and mold because they’re the cheapest flowers in the city.

There weren’t a lot to choose from and they’re not that fresh. Maybe they didn’t get a new shipment yet? Whenever I pass by, they seem to have alot more than they dd today. I hope they get more before V-Day… There’s a parking lot in behind the stand that you can probably park at and get away with it since you’ll probably spend 5mins at most here. I’ll be back to check it out though. :)

since this is a side of the road market… on a very busy main intersection known as 19th avenue or highway one, which accomodates up to six lanes of heavy traffic, its not the most ‘quaint’ flower shop. It has great signage accessibility, and on my way to the Drs. one afternoon, I pulled over, put my hazards on and tried to hand one of the merchants $ 5.00 for two bunches of $ 2.50 tulips. The merchant, a young, blonde girl with a TON of attitude looked at me like I was the SCUM of the earth for trying to hand her five dollars, and get on with my day, getting my car off the heavily trafficked almost thruway. her quote, as I made eye contact, and tried to lay a five dollar bill next to her on the counter, as she was busy with other customers«Why don’t you hand me the money, like we are doing a real, business transaction»… rolling her eyes, and providing her snooty energy in the direction of the client she was attending. I coudn’t believe it! I will NEVER go back there again, even though I am sure the owner has a nice little thing going on, this employee was TERRIBLE! I mean, I don’t know how much business they get, but business is business and its not like I crumpled it and threw it at her, I just was in a hurry and wasn’t trying to get into a conversation about the birds and bees… THISDISCOUNTFLOWERSHOPISONTHESIDEOFTHETHRUWAY. what do you expect! Dear owner, your chip on her shoulder employee needs to be put in check… had I not wanted to bring my dr. flowers I was two seconds away from saying ‘forget it’, but i will NEVER go back, and I really wanted to give this snooty girl a peice of my mind, but felt like Unilocal might be a better method. yuck to poor customer service.
