I’ve come here multiple times on lunch runs during the work week. Any potential visitor should take note that this is a quick and fast place to grab chinese food, so don’t expect the service or food to be too fancy. That being said, I’ve always enjoyed the beef noodle stew(with noodles). The gentleman who appears to be the owner has always been pretty friendly and asks if I like tendon which he’ll add to my soup after I happily say yes. I haven’t tried their lunch buffet since their entrees don’t appeal to me much. I’ve pretty much had their beef stew noodle soup, jook with pork and preserved egg and beef chow fun(i know basic). None were out of this world but good and a fairly good deal in the overpriced FiDi.

«Welcome to the dungeon, we got fun ‘n’ games.» Ok I was paraphrasing Guns N’ Roses’ most famous song. This eatery isn’t at the jungle but at the international food court, which people who work in the Financial District like me who call this«The Dungeon» because it’s a dive. Foogle is located where Lotus Lunch used to be. The food is still the same with the exception of certain items not served anymore. You can order food from the steam table or from the menu like crispy, pan fried noodles or scrambled egg with shrimp over rice. I recommend ordering food from the menu as some of the items on the steam table may have been sitting in the tray for a while. If you work in the Financial District and want a quick lunch Foogle is an efficient eatery to have lunch before you go back to work.

I absolutely love this place even tho I only order the Salt & Pepper Chicken Wings. When I first started ordering them the guys gave me back talk about cooking them a little longer so they can be crispy but as I been going a few times a week he have them done before I get there now. Perfect place to eat on the go.

The beef had a very weird texture and everything was over-sauced. Even for food court Chinese takeout, this was gross.

I thought this was tasty fast food Chinese. The pork meatballs were good. Salty and greasy, but a good alternative to Panda Express.

Tip: This is in International Food Court which looks like a dungeon, but the food is decent for lunch time on the go. Came here once and got the beef chow fun. If you order the rice plates or noodles from the menu, they cook it to order so you can see them preparing and cooking your food. Total wait for me was about 15 minutes from order to getting food in a to-go box. Can’t speak for the food items that are already pre-cooked and sitting out that you can pick to-go but I’d recommend ordering off their menu to have it cooked fresh.
