This review is way past due, but I never review on Unilocal,so I’ve been slow in making in happen.
Frank is a great guy. We lost the last key to our Chrysler minivan and needed a replacement on the spot. After calling a few places that weren’t very responsive or seemed over-​priced, we called Frank. Turns out he was at Loews and could come right over. The lost key was a fob that included lock and unlock buttons for each of the side doors and the back door.
It took about an hour but then we were good to go; and his price was the cheapest of the 5 places we called.
Bonus stars: We told him we only had one key left for our Prius. He said he could make us a spare, but it would be expensive because he had to order a brand new key fob. He actually pointed us to a video on youtube on how you can make a generic Prius key replacement! Props to you Frank!
Will definitely call Frank again if we lose another key!

I lost my car key and needed a replacement quick so I can finish everything I needed to do before Christmas. I called Frank for the first time on Christmas Eve. I was nervous that it wouldn’t get done before Christmas but Frank was amazing. He showed up to see the car within the hour after calling him. The whole thing took about 30 min and I had a new key.
Service: He’s super friendly and helpful! He gave me tips on what to ask for when I call for these types of services. He seems genuine and honest.
Price: I called other places before calling Frank and his prices can’t be beat. Other places charged double what he charges.

The first thing I did when I arrived in San Bruno, California was go shopping of course. After I shopped until I dropped, I realized I dropped more than too much money. I also dropped my rental keys and was freaking out. Because I was just visiting, I’m not very familiar with locksmith services out here. After asking around at the mall, I was told to call Frank. I was very satisfied with his work. He was not only professional and on time, but his prices are very reasonable. I don’t know what I would’ve done without Frank. I made sure to tell all my family and friends who live in the Bay area about Frank. Whenever i’m in the area and need help with keys, Frank will be the first person I call. You won’t be disappointed with his work.

So, I was at Costco in SF on Saturday. I had left my jacket in my cart while grabbing a case of Gatorade. I didn’t notice at first, only until I was checking out, someone had swiped my jacket. Not a big loss on the jacket, but my keys were in there. I was dreading trying to get someone to come down to a busy parking garage on a Saturday. I called a few places and I was referred to Frank. He literally got there within 15 minutes and with a smile on his face. It took Frank about 20 minutes to get me back on my way, and the whole time he was incredibly professional and friendly. And I think quality service is getting rare in this city, but that’s just me. Regardless, I would definitely recommend and use Frank in the future.

I can’t tell you how Many times I’ve locked myself out of my own car. I always found myself scrambling through Unilocal and calling random locksmith places to come help me out .
Last week was no different with the exception of the quality of customer service I received from Frank’s.
He was quick, efficient and respectful of my situation, which made me feel comfortable and less of a dummy for locking myself out. Conveniently located out of San Bruno, I was so happy that I came across Frank’s lock and key!
I highly recommend if you’re looking for a local locksmith!!! Thumbs up! Go Frank’s!
