Great trainer(Jen) for my first session at Lyon St Stairs. Amazing workout — she pushed me hard but gave me opportunities to take breaks whenever I needed them. I sweated a lot, which is what I wanted. I felt fantastic right after and the next day. Jen is a super star. She clearly has lots of ideas to keep the workout fresh and moving. She was aware of my form & pointed out things for me to keep an eye on(my knee was drifting inwards on squats). I like the idea of FYTNS and it was simple to book a workout. I’ll use the service /trainers again.

I used FYTNS to prepare for my first cycling race. All of their trainers did an awesome job offering me mentorship and huge support. Before, I was just a cycling enthusiast, but know I feel comfortable to compete on a different level.

I use Fytns a few times a week for yoga and strength training. My trainer, Mark, really knows what he’s doing and is very receptive to feedback. I’ve used trainers at gyms off and on for years, but this is the first time I’m really seeing results. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Had a great workout session with Mark and he catered our workout perfectly to our fitness/strength levels. We met at a nice spot in Lafayette park where Mark set up a series of stations for me and my workout partner. It felt like a 5 star workout experience where towels, water, and refreshments was available during body weight workout. Would definitely recommend using FYTNS for anyone that wants to get started with personal training!
