Gateaux

Um… AMAZING! These were sent to our office and they are the tastiest cupcakes. I order cupcakes for our office from all over the city. I don’t know where these have been hiding but they will move into rotation!

THE BEST CUPCAKES IN THE CITY. PERIOD. We ordered a dozen vanilla cupcakes with salted caramel frosting for our daughter’s birthday party. They were topped off with adorable sparkly hearts. And the presentation was so appreciated — assembled in a box with thoughtful little thumb cut-​outs so you can easily lift each cupcake out without wrecking them or getting frosting all over your hands! And the whole thing was wrapped up in elegant ribbon. The attention to detail was just wonderful.
Almost anyone can make an attractive-​looking cupcake, but very few shops in this city — even the famous ones with fancy marketing and high-​end interior design — can make them both gorgeous AND as moist, flavorful, and perfectly textured as the ones from Gateaux. So, Gateaux WINS. Hands-​down! Michele is a true artisan AND a total sweetheart!

Best tasting cupcakes and baked goods. They are always fresh and so adorably decorated. Everyone raves about the flavors.
