I surprised my boyfriend by taking him here for their DP3 Daft Punk art exhibit yesterday and he absolutely loved it. All the pieces were gorgeous, I wish we had enough money to purchase what he really wanted(which was a $ 750 piece). The girl inside was nice and didn’t bother us while we were browsing and gawking at everything. All pieces were done by different artists in difference styles so you can easily find a piece you like. Important info: — street parking is 9AM-6PM — you don’t have to buy a ticket to get inside. — they have different art exhibits every month or so.

This review is for the«Daft Punk Show(Daft Punk Deux).» I went opening night, the art was really cool. The guys behind the drink bar area were super nice and hooked me up with free Diet Coke. All in all it was awesome and I know I’ll be back for future shows.

This place is tiny. And I don’t mean that it doesn’t have a whole lot on the walls and therefore doesn’t warrant much of a gander. They use the small amount of space they have beautifully and creatively. I flew up to the city just to see the Daft Punk collection, and I was not disappointed. The staff seemed genuinely excited to be there as well, which translated into a friendly and informative environment. The past few shows– Mega Man Boss Battle, the art/pop culture Mash-up Show, the 80’s movies show– I am very sad to have heard about after the fact. It appears as if this place is under awesome curatorship and I will be watching what this place puts out in the future.

My group of friends came here to visit the recent Mega Man exhibit. The art was great, the gallery was perfect and the staff was super friendly. It was pretty much spot on. I think some people might want to consider calling ahead to make sure they are open(life of a small gallery). I am looking forward to coming back for other interesting exhibits at this gallery.

Small, nice art gallery with very friendly staff. We went to see the current Daft Punk collection and it was amazing! They were selling prints on paper and canvas for very reasonable prices which was a nice surprise. One of the most interesting, cool art shows I’ve ever been to. Definitely go check it out before it leaves! They get a new show every 4 – 5 weeks, can’t wait to go back and see what they have next!

Nice, cozy art gallery. I visited twice during their Mega Man Boss Battle group artist show( ). It’s well-lit and has two rooms partially separated by a wall. In the back room, someone is set up to take orders for prints. I really like how they made Mega Man themed visuals that indicated the standard prices they have for three different dimensions of prints($ 85 for 12“x16″, $ 175 for 18“x24″, and $ 325 for 24“x32″). Another bonus is that it’s one block north of Aria Korean Snack Bar, which was great dinner option for my small group of four on a rainy day. The verdict: I’ll return to Gauntlet Gallery for more art admiring, particularly on the Lower Polk Art Walk!
