Glow Wellness Spa

Ive tried out a several studios in the city and this is by far my favorite. This a bright big beautiful studio. Great hardwood floors and big windows along the wall are a great contrast to some of the dark, stinky carpeted studios in the city.
The instructors are great, they all have their own styles but they also know a lot about the background of yoga and the hindu culture and religion that comes it. If you love learning all those cool poses youve seen but think you could never do you should try a class with Amber especially 6:15pm Thursday night. If you really want to sweat and like the your balance and peace of mind with the feeling of a tough workout go to a class with Erika especially her Saturday morning power flow. And if youre curious to try a pilates class they have both mat classes and reformer bed classes.
Were so lucky to have this studio in North Beach. They have created a completely new community bringing so many amazing people together. I have met some of my closest and life long friends here. Im so utterly grateful.

I absolutely love going to Glow! They have great spa services and their stuff is extraordinary. I have been seeing Maniveo, my magic skin specialist, for over two years now. She is the best and helped me with my acne. I got rid of it completely after a few frequent sessions! I have tried many different places in the city, but I don’t need go anywhere else now.
My eyebrows are also in a great shape and condition because of her:)

I have had my eyebrows shaped/​tinted by Veo for forever and now she’s done them permanently. She does the hand method which is awesome, and they look amazing. I’m super-​duper picky about my brows and have been known to spend way too long penciling them in to ensure the perfect shape and symmetry of both sides. Veo understands my obsession with getting them just right and now I never have to fill them in myself again. If I did the math I’m sure I’d discover that I’ve added hours back to my life that I would otherwise have spent drawing on my face. THANK YOU VEO!!! Oh and I also use their light bed, which makes me feel wonderful; I’ve had facials (also by Veo) which have made my skin look amazing, and she’s tinted my lashes. Whatever it is, just go here, you’ll be happy. ;-)

I have been going to Veo for a long time and my brows look they best ever have. AShe makes them look so natural. I am also blond so I recommend the tint. I also got to Veo for other treatments and she is just the best. I can’t recommend her enough.

Love this place! Everyone is friendly. Veo is amazing, she turned my twiggy brows into full natural brows! I had my share of horrible experiences of over plucking and waxing elsewhere. I will never go anywhere else! I get compliments all the time because of her! I highly recommend it to my friends and family.
