I get home at 11pm, I find an email from my lawyer in New Zealand, stating 7 pages need to be notarized to close the deal, at midnight I scan through Unilocal looking for Notary’s and see Kyle, I call him 8am next morning, we meet at Starbucks at 9am, deal is done THANKYOU KYLE!!!

Our title company picked Golden Gate Mobile in order for us to sign our HUD1 and closing documents for an out-​of-​state property. We didn’t know what to expect, but Kyle was exceptionally professional, yet warm, and surprisingly comfortable for my husband and myself to joke around while we signed what felt like a long novel of papers. I didn’t even realize a notarized document signing experience could be pleasant, but Kyle managed it. Thank you!

Just spoke with Kyle. Very professional guy. Was available immediately for my emergency Notary. I called back 5 mins later needing to reschedule for tomorrow and he was totally fine with it. A notary that comes to you for $ 30 bucks and $ 10 per signature, worth it in this case!

So highly recommended. I called Kyle on a Sunday at 4pm needing a 911 notary service, half-​expecting no one to answer. Not only did someone answer, Kyle was at our house in Marin within 1.5 hours. Im really satisfied with the level of service I reveived from kyle. I found him online and called him up, and he was professional and highly personable when we meet.
