Wow, beautiful store setting. This place is loaded with security guards and when you see all the gorgeous diamonds on display, this is understandable. I entered this jewelry store in t-shirt and jeans to enquire about canary diamonds. I was shown a set of earrings and ring with these naturally golden colored diamonds and one with natural emeralds. Both jewelry were simply displayed and exuded beauty and class. One of the salesman pulled out one of the drawers which contained a pamphlet information on each gem on display. The canary diamond pendant was worth $ 168,000! Hmm; hate having to choose between real estate and jewelry; don’t you? Gorgeous place that houses even more gorgeous trinkets for people who want only the best money can buy. I would totally recommend a visit to Graff and, moreover, if you have a few million dollars to burn, this would be a great place to burn it. Great service and exceptional merchandise.

Denied entry because of what I was wearing«Black Skin» with jeans and sneakers. Extremely disappointed! I can’t believe this happened in San Francisco. This holiday season, I headed into San Francisco Union Square to buy something special for my wife. Every year, I buy something special to add to my wife’s extensive jewelry collection. I started my shopping in a great holiday spirit casually dressed like the rest of the shoppers. I first went to Bvlgari then on to Cartier where the sales people were extremely helpful and professionally getting me access to some of their most expensive pieces. I then walked over to Graff where the security was talking through a glass door. I couldn’t hear what he was saying so I requested his manager. The manager then cautiously opened the door and came on to the street. I told him I would like to come in and see what they had that might match what I was looking for as a gilt for my wife. He proceeded to tell me «Do you see the items we carry?» pointing to the show window. I said«Yes. So what does that mean? What are you implying?» I asked him if I could come in and he said«No». I asked why. He said«Graff has the right to deny entry to anyone for any reason». He later stated I needed to make an appointment to come in. I asked where it was posted on the store front and it wasn’t visibly posted as Graff’s policy. The man that represented himself as the«security manager» said I cannot enter, and that was it. I couldn’t believe it, in 2014 a single black man shopping for his wife can’t enter a store because someone doesn’t think they should be there. I called the store manager Robert and shared my experience and told him I have shopped at high end jewelry stores from NYC, to Monte Carlo, to Dubai to Singapore and I have never had such a horrendous experience. While all these stores maintain high levels of security, they never made me feel like I did that day at Graff jewelers. To the executive management at Graff because of the incompetence, arrogance and racial profiling bias, I will tell my story to everyone I come in contact with, including other Black Executives, Athletes, and High net worth individuals and professionals: DON’T SPENDYOURMONEYTHERE!“ If this is the way Graff wants to be recognized for their customer experience, perhaps they may want to relocate or go back in time 50 years somewhere where these practices are commonplace.

What’s cool to me is that they’re ready to help you in different languages. Of course English, but also Chinese or(some) Spanish at your behest. Whether you’re in the market for diamonds, diamantes, or zuanshi, you’re set. Oh, and the white wall? That’s not paint — it’s completely piel de cabra, aka shanyang ban pi. The staff can explain to you what I just said.

While at the SF Ballet this past weekend, we saw an advertisement for Graff & knowing I’m in the market for a cocktail ring & we had errands in Union Square anyway, we made a point to stop by the following day Knew we were about to see the ultimate in ultra high-end when we encountered a guard at the door as well as a mantrap — you know, 1 door closes & locks before the other will open Enter to see mammoth-huge, shiny, sparklie diamonds everywhere the eye turns. There are chandelier earrings, eternity necklaces, lavalieres — everything you could imagine All the designs are exclusive to this store(there are something like 6 in the world) The pieces are needless to say, exquisite & have the Black Card-carrying price tags to match(like we’re talking mid-5 to 7-figure range) Saw a lovely yellow pave diamond ring w/this upper layer built out of a swirly pattern in platinum w/white diamonds adorning… not really whimsical, cocktail material but it was completely breathtaking & I’m totally still dreaming about that ring! The Mr found the best watch ever — these watches were built in limited-edition & there were only 30 made — it was crafted out of a diamond-patterned rose gold & showed the inner-workings of the watch from the front just a little bit but there was full view from underneath. The Mr said this watch was heavy, weighty & it looked incredible on his wrist The staff here were very welcoming, talked a lot about their pieces & were extremely proud of their offerings… and w/good reason! If you’re in the market for ultra-high-end pieces of the ultimate taste & sophistication, there’s a treat waiting for you at Graff

Exquisite London based high-end jeweler, carries not diamonds, but gigantic meteor size rocks. Tiffany and Cartier? Move over!
