Graze

I tried the free sample box, having already subscribed to Naturebox, and wanted to compare the two. The samples I received from Graze were awful. So bad, I tried a few pieces from each and threw the entire box in the trash. Seemed like what they sent were «acquired taste» items, like jalepeno nuts, and the like. I suppose there are patrons of such flavors, but if you’re trying to hook a new customer, don’t give them free food that you probably can’t sell and are trying to get rid of.

A total scam. The first free box they sent included a very small amount of cheap snacks, designed to look unique but far from healthy. First of all, it’s not organic. One of the snacks was cheap fried rice cake bites with sweet chilli deeping source (healthy?). Utterly disappointed, my wife cancelled the service right away. Guess what happened, the traditional mail order scam started, acting like they never received the cancellation notice and kept sending boxes until we demanded the written confirmation. So, in short, this free box offer is a typical mail order scam making you pay $$ 24 for maybe $ 3 – 5 worth of non-​organic snacks from TraderJoe’s, after making you go through tedious cancelling process. This kind of scam business should be illegal. So sick of it.

So I received my 1^st free box cancelled my subscription, yet was still charged for a second box which I never received. In their system it says it was «delivered» and was provided a tracking number. I simply asked for a refund since I never received the box, yet since their system says delivered they can not issue one so now I am awaiting to see if they send the box I paid for and was supposed to receive since I did not cancel fast enough. Horrible experience for me and I will be glad when I am done with this company, I hope others have better experiences. I am sure their products are decent, but from a customer service stand point I would give it no stars.
