Be warned that Dr. Samuel Dismond III is not a competent physician. I found his bedside manner dysfunctional at best, at worst, acerbic and angry. He is the complete antithesis of what to expect in Compassionate Care within the medial marijuana community. If you want a green card seek out a real physician that can not only listen but answer questions in a thoughtful and intelligent manner.

Great place, super fast. Like, they really want to get you to your weed ASAP. ITS RIDICULOUS how efficient they are at this.

CALL AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! I did and was in and out in no time.
The doctor is very sweet, helpful and handsome. So handsome that it’s worth mentioning because I was totally caught off guard and wasn’t expecting that. Yes, once I’m done writing I’ll pour myself a glass of h2O to quench this thirst.
$ 44 and $ 20 for a picture ID card.

The staff here made renewing my card so easy and painless. There was a wait, but it was a Saturday so I can’t really complain. The Dr. was very friendly and caring. I’d return to this clinic… their prices are reasonable as well.

I had a 1:30 appt. Showed up at 1:20 to find that the Doctor had a thing and everything was running late. The office manager was super apologetic and nice about everything and gave me what amounted to a 50% discount. Doctor was great. Atmosphere was great. Office manager who’s name I am desperately wishing could remember was awesome.
Highly recommended to all. This place is wonderful.

Got my medical card renewed here and had a wonderful experience. The staff and doctor are very kind, informative and helpful. I have gotten renewed here twice now and I refuse to go anywhere else. They also have a coupon you can bring in to get a discount on services.
Side note– I recommend going right when they open or making an appointment so you don’t have to wait to see the doctor.

Went in at opening (11am, no appointment) filled out paperwork. 2 minute Q&A with doc. Paid $ 64 ($ 20 extra for an actual ID card) and out. Total time: 24 minutes. Dont go anywhere else. This is the place to be. ¹⁰⁄₁₀

Love this place! Both ladies at the front are so sweet and helpful. The doctor is super nice also. Made an apointment for 3:00 and was in an out in a jiffy. There was an hour+ long wait for the walks in so i highly suggest calling and making an appointment as they get pretty busy! (I just called the day before to make my appointment.) The lady also gives you an extra copy of your rec incase you lose it or so you can have an extra copy in your wallet and one at home which is super awesome as other place will charge you for extra copies and make you go in to get them.
It was also located inside a really cool record store! Loved the vibe of the store and the people. Definitely going back here next year and recommending all my friends to come here.

5 stars because I got my prescription. Aha, jk. But really, everyone that works at this office is so professional. You walk in, fill out some paperwork, and then you walk down the long white hallway of judgement to the doctor’s evaluation room. He was the sweetest thing in the world! My evaluation was more of a conversation. We talked about the things that have happened in my life, past and present, and I felt completely comfortable opening up about what has been going on. After our talk, I walked away with a prescription. Up at the front, there is this lovely woman with a TON of personality to help you get all checked out with your signed prescription and optional ID card. I walked out of that office the happiest I have been in a really long time because of all of their high energy. Absolutely recommend this place if you need to get evaluated.

These people are awesome. The Dr is very professional and kind. The pretty lady who runs the front desk is a pleasure to interact with and so helpful. I always look forward to seeing them again.

Horrible… 1^st call put me on hold for 10 minutes, second call no answer so I left a message. Two hours later I called back (I really need an appointment today so I can get my medicine) … Receptionist answered the phone rudely and said there were 3 people ahead of me and I had better be patient.
Instead of dealing with these people, I will go to priceless evaluations on mission st, where the staff is professional and courteous!!!

This place is awesome!
The woman who manages it and takes care of the front desk is great! She’s friendly, high energy, super helpful, and works really quickly! My friend and I walked in today without an appointment and we were both finished with everything within 45 minutes, even though there were 4 or 5 people already waiting.
I would highly recommend this place to absolutely everyone! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This place is the best. I went there to renew my medical marijuana paperwork, having previously gone to priceless evaluation in the mission. This place blows priceless away. It’s cheaper, less sketchy and quicker. Plus the woman who works the front desk is as nice as can be!
I made an appointment and was seen immediately by a very nice and professional Doctor. $ 29 later I had my recommendation and was out the door and on my way to doobie-​town. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my mmj paperwork ever again.

Came in on a Saturday at 1:30pm and had to wait about 2 hours, waiting that long with nothing to do is horrible, but that’s because I decided to do a walk-​in instead of make an appointment. I would highly recommend making an appointment so wait times aren’t as long. The ladies working there are pretty friendly and helpful. The doctor was pretty interested in what I had to say, but you’re pretty much guaranteed a card regardless of what’s said. Overall a nice experience and everything was pretty easy. I’m going back to renew my card when it’s expired, but with an appointment!

No complaints, thorough Dr. Dismond and courteous staff. Don’t be scared of the location.

I’ve developed some health issues over the past several years that cause me discomfort and pain. So thought I’d give medical cannabis a try, can’t be any worse and probably much safer than some of the drugs I’ve been prescribed and cannot tolerate. Went on a Saturday, was very busy then so made an appointment for the next day.
And now, ta-​dah, I’ve got my «green card.» The experience was quick and easy, staff were very friendly and helpful, the place is clean and doesn’t feel sleazy. I came prepared with medical records just in case they were needed. Had a couple pages of forms to fill out, no big deal. Short consultation with Dr. Dismond, a nice guy. Receptionist snapped my photo, made my card, and gave me a list of dispensaries in the area. She talked to me about a few that were nearby, that information was very helpful and much appreciated!

I’m giving Dr. Dismond and his team 5 stars — 6 if I could!
Here’s the scoop: I’m a 66 year old guy, retired and have suffered from osteoarthritis for the past 15 years. I’ve used medical cannabis for the last couple of years but getting the card and the subsequent renewals was always an uncomfortable and somewhat disturbing experience. In past renewals the facilities were less than pristine, the hours unpredictable, the fees exorbitant and level of personal interaction lacking and never once did I get the sense that anyone really gave a hoot about my personal health.
Then I was referred to Green Evaluations Clinic and it all changed.
Dr. Dismond his staff (particularly the receptionist) and facilities were clean, professional, well appointed and completely comfortable.
I was treated with as much care and attention to my personal health needs as when I had my hip replacements at Stanford Medical — absolutely top notch.
Look, if you’re a serious adult seeking alternative medical care, including medical cannabis, then this is the place for you.
I would particularly recommend Dr. Dismond to retired seniors, elders or just older folks who feel a bit reluctant to try alternative medical approaches such as cannabis but just don’t know how to go about it. I’d also like to say if you’re a person just trying to «get a card» for recreational purposes, then this place is not for you.
As I said, I’d give this practice 6 stars if I could.

Wow. Fast as heck service without even an appointment. Lisa was so energetic, helpful, friendly and informative.
The doctor was genuinely concerned with my condition and gave me excellent and professional advice relating to my chronic insomnia. You just made a patient for life.
