The next time I’m in town I will visit in person. The artworks by Christopher Kurtz are absolutely astounding. The craftsmanship is beyond anything available elsewhere.

PLEEEEEASE! Everytime I have visited Hedge, I feel like I am visiting the waiting room at the morgue! No one is in, everything is so very quiet, and a general feel of gloom and death prevails amidst the room. I mean it is like 1stdibs on sleeping pills, or worse yet, overdosed! And the idea of furniture as «gallery’» is so silly and pretentious and so like bad 1980s Donald Trump! When I lived in NYC during that time, places like Wyeth and others tried this approach, and most of us just laughed about the HIGHDRAMAOFITALL! I mean these are chairs and sofas and table lights for God’s sake! Not Picassos or Morandis! Hedge is everything that gives really good design and aesthetics a bad name === overly priced, pretentiously presented, minimal to the point of boring showroom, and very smug staff. PLEASEHEDGE, stop posing and really try to be as original as you say your inventory is. Now that would be something that would put you«over the(h) edge of good design!»
