Hermann gave me a massage at my first visit to the Banya today. I carry a lot of tension in my shoulders from work stress (I’m an attorney), and carry my two-​year-​old on the same hip all the time. I pointed out an old knot in my back, and when he said «we’ll get it out,» I nodded, pretended to believe him. Well, in an hour, he finally got the knot out that other two-​hour massages never did (and at a more affordable rate than my previous deep tissue spa services). Thank you, Hermann! Happy new customer.

I have experienced a lot of bodywork in my life but Hermann is magical. He is very knowledgable, intuitive and listens to what you tell him he is also such a sweet person. I am very skeptical when going to a new therapist as I have had 2 reconstructive back surgeries which makes my case a little complicated when it comes to massage but he did such a great job! I enjoy a firm pressure so if you are a fan of deep tissue work this is your guy. His office is clean and the location is convenient for me because I live close to the mission and the parking is fairly easy depending what time of day you are there. It is inside of a gated business complex so it is very convenient for bicyclists too. Will definitely be calling Hermann again!

Good Lord. I don’t write many reviews. But, Christ! This guy is legit. I went in on Saturday after a stressful week and came out an hour later feeling like a different person. Outrageous. If you want to treat yourself right, try to book some of this fella’s time.

Hermann gave me a therapeutic massage at the Archimedes Banya, it was incredible. He has hands that are like heat seeking missiles and can zero in on the spaces in my body that needed the most attention. I left feeling completely relaxed and my body feels like butter! thank you Hermann, highly recommend.
