I have not purchased any singing bowls, but did purchase two CDs. They are both wonderful and healing, and Joseph was very accommodating about the delivery costs which was very much appreciated. I would definitely shop there again.

Joseph Feinstein is masterful in his knowledge of Tibetan singing bowls, and equally enthusiastic and willing to share his insights. He is truly interested in finding each customer the perfect bowl rather than making a fast profit. His patience and choices are perfect, and I have remained a loyal collector for some time now. I am eager to visit his shop when next I am in San Francisco; but until then, I value his friendship and knowledge. Some of the most profound customer service I have ever experienced.
