Left a bad taste in my Mouth! All very pleasant and social but their billing practice leaves something to be desired. I’m covered by Delta Dental. Was told they accepted it but that since my Insurance«played games and took so long to pay» they would bill me first and then submit a claim to the provider. I was told I would be reimbursed in a couple of weeks. Two weeks later no check issued. Call office and am told they are submitting my claim today as we speak. This is two weeks post my visit and required immediate payment to them. Mind you their complaint about insurance was that it took too long to pay. So now I have to wait an additional two weeks for my reimbursement. OK stuff happens right??? Upon receipt of my reimbursement find out that though they said they accept Delta Dental they aren’t part of the providers network and essentially bill at TWICE the rate of my normally 100% covered procedures. So in addition to having to wait twice as long for my payment I also only get half the amount I paid. So I’m a little bit wiser and bit less naïve. lesson learned. I guess they learned to emulate the insurance carriers they complained about…
