Up-date, Please see edited photos! Prices are maybe a bit different at the store. Instant Ramen. I have been thinking about instant Ramen for a while because some of pseudo Japanese restaurant seems like using it to make a big profit. That’s really rip off. In my opinion, Restaurant Ramen must be make from scratch, which isn’t easy. There are 2 kinds of Instant Ramen, 1, Top ramen, Sapporo-Ichiban, Demae-iccho, cheap kind, I like them too. Great quick meal. 2, Fresh noodle pricy kind, need to be refrigerated. You’ll see them in the open refrigerator section at any Japo market. I like to talk about #-2. The Noodle isn’t fried and soup isn’t powder, so you can’t keep long as #-1. And pricy. And Yes, it won’t be easy as Top Ramen but I’m not that lazy ass. I can make a boiling water. And all those fresh noodles cook pretty fast, so if you want to make the noodle right and al dente, you got to stay close to the hot pan for a couple minutes! It’s fast cooking, still. Please Do Not Over Cook the Noodle! Al Dente, always. Nishiyama Ramen, most highest, $ 6.99 for 2 people. I like this kind very much, Fresh straight noodle, 1 great liquid soup mix need to put in to warm water before open. Kurotsuya-Shoyu Kintsuya-Miso And they have regular kind a bit cheaper. Shoyu, Miso and Shio Yama-Chan Ramen, $ 5.99 for 2 people, Fresh wiggled noodle, 1 liquid soup, I am not impressed, it’s over priced, it’s not that much different than cheaper brand. So, I’ll buy cheaper brand in stead. This brand has many different kind of Ramen. Great package design though, I think they spend too much for the package design. if this is $ 4.29 then I’ll recommend. Shoyu Miso Shio Ton-Kotsu-Shoyu! Ton-Kotsy-Shio! Yes, Yama-Chan is the only brand has Ton-Kotsu-Shoyu & Shio! But, it wasn’t that great, it wasn’t that bad, I was just way over excited and disappointed badly. Mei-Jin Ramen, $ 4.49 for 2 people, this is very good Ramen, 2 liquid soup packages mix together. The noodle is a bit thick and straight. Great flavor! I like it better than Yama-Chan brand and cheaper too! Shoyu Miso Shio San-Shoku Ramen, $ 3.99 for 3 people, This is the 2nd most cheap brand. pretty good deal. Shoyu Miso Shio Myo-Joh Ramen, $ 3.29 for 3 people, This brand is the most cheap fresh noodle instant Ramen. I think it’s a great deal. Nama-Shoyu Nama-Miso Nama-Shio Chuka-Zanmai, $ 3.49 for 2 people, this brand is well-known but this is the only fresh noodle-brand uses powder soup. Kanton-hu-Shoyu Shisen-hu-Miso Shio Most likely, I suspect that some restaurants use this kind for a quick fix. If you get any of this kind on your own, you’ll remember the taste, so when you order Ramen next time at restaurant, you’ll see the clear difference, from scratch or not. Also, I don’t think they say Ramen, in Japan. In Japan, they say«Lamen» ! Not Ra, No No No no No! It’s La. La La La La La. La-men. Ask any Japo from Japan near you, you’ll find what I am talking about. Same as Tofu, No one be able to say F sound in Japan. It’s Tohu I don’t want to eat Instant Ramen at the restaurant, That’s all. At the restaurant, I want to eat real Ramen! Real Ramen= Fresh made«Teuchi» noodle & scrach made broth use chicken or pig bone!
