We ordered the crispy egg rolls, kang karee, and kao pad kark moo for delivery. We waited 1 hr and 40 mins and the food arrived luke warm and the egg rolls were no longer crunchy. I was very disappointed that the curry didn’t come with rice. I guess I had to order that extra? With that said, it was really good food. I may stop in if in the neighborhood but would not get delivery again.

Being a regular customer at Chaaba, we wanted to try something different in the area. We ordered pad kee maao to gos. One veggie and the other with chicken. Must say, the veggies used in it were to our liking more than Chaaba. Not to forget the spices and the flavors. We will definitely be a regular here now. Keep it up guys!

The prawns were so overlooked all that was left were the shells… I still can’t believe they delivered such a mess. Very low end Thai option, Osha is a million times better.

I got the Kang Karee Gai for delivery. It was spicy, had NO flavor and the chicken tasted bad and was full of gristle and the potatoes weren’t fully cooked.

I order iThai for delivery fairly often and have mixed feelings. They deliver late and they deliver far. This place has some awesome appetizers and good variety of street food! However the Pad Thai is mostly sprouts and dry. Not a lot of substance to it. Also, their curries do not come with rice, so be sure to remember to add it to delivery orders! The Thai tea is good and the delivery is fairly fast(foods are well-packaged for the trip). I’ve never been to the brick-and-mortar iThai so I can’t comment on that.

Great food. From he outside you’d think its a typical place that will be overpriced with bland and flavourless food. It’s not! I ordered a pork meatball soup and fried fish over fried rice with garlic. Both dishes were delicious. The only thing I was disappointed about is that I specifically asked the waitress if a soup and a main dish were too much and she said no. I couldn’t finish none of them as both were enormous(1 – 2 persons could eat from each one) But both were delicious and prices are very good. I absolutely recommend it!

I really really wish I could write a great review for this place because the food is good but I can’t due to how long the delivery was. I had called first thing they opened because I know from previous experience that the delivery in SF is ridiculously long. So to avoid it I called and placed a order. When I called the lady on the phone was extremely rude. I tried to ignore it due to me having a very limited schedule for lunch. I asked her how long the food would take and she said 30 to 45 minutes which I was completely fine with because my lunch wasn’t until a hour from that time I order. I’m dealing with patients all day so when I look up at the clock I realize that a hour has past by and my food hadn’t arrived. I gave it another 15 minutes since I had a patient come in last minute. As soon as I was done I called because I was getting worried. As I called the person who picked up said that my order was the next one to be deliver and to wait 5 minutes. So I waited those 5 minutes and still nothing. I called again and tried to cancel my order because I couldn’t wait 2 hours for food that said 30 to 45 minutes like come on now. The lady who answer refuse to let me cancel my order she said it was way to late and to just wait for my food. Excuse me lady but that’s poor customer service. Never again love love the food but the service needs to improve and have better delivery people!!!

My coworker and I didn’t bring our lunches so we decided to order from the Eat24 app. I recommended iThai to him because I had a really good experience with you guys a few weeks back when I ordered a super late dinner and you guys delivered it within an hour. I was super happy with that. But, when I ordered again, I was very disappointed. Yesterday, I ordered an entrée and 2 appetizers for my coworker and I to share. Our delivery time was supposed to be 12:05pm. When 12:10pm rolled by I was getting anxious since I was raving about how great your delivery service was. I called iThai and the girl on the phone said that the driver left 30 minutes ago. I agreed to wait another few minutes. 12:25 rolls over and my coworker is questioning my recommendations. I call iThai again to ask what’s going on. If my food left 30 minutes ago when I called at 12:10pm, that means my food has been on the road for almost an hour. :(!! The girl on the phone said to please wait another few minutes. I was getting super impatient but agreed to wait another 5 minutes. 12:30pm rolls along and I decided to cancel my order. My lunch was 30minutes gone and I barely had time to eat. I called again and the girl on the phone asked me to please wait another 15 minutes?! My lunch would’ve been done by then and my food would probably be cold by then also. I explained that to her and told her to please cancel my order. After I refused to wait another 15 minutes, she mumbled that she will cancel my order and hung up on me. I give you the benefit of the doubt that shit happens. maybe hire more drivers?

After catching the Warriors game at the Tap Room, we headed to iThai for some boozy bites. My brother kept raving about how this spot is one of his favorites, and now I can see why! He ordered a beer tower, which wasn’t ideal since I wanted to really enjoy the food without being too bloated. With that said — they have beer towers! And live music on a stage! They really know how to cater to the late night crowd. The servers were very patient with all the buzzed customers coming in, and still gave recommendations on food. We ordered the chicken wings and spring rolls for munchies, and a shrimp pad thai togo. The chicken was so good!!! I love wings, and really enjoyed the sauce and spicy level on these. The spring rolls were decent — nothing special, but a pretty good appetizer. Even though we had the pad thai the next day, it was delicious. The portion was huge and could easily feed 3 people. Even though we just happened to stumble across iThai that night, I hope I can return to try more food.

Fresh spring rolls and green chicken curry were great. This place definitely beat out expectations, especially given its name. Spring rolls come with a light gluten free chili sauce. They also serve brown rice if you’re into that.

We happened upon this place on a Sunday evening. The food came out glistening and piping hot. I have bee to much fancier Thai restaurants and this food was better and more original.

This place is so close to my place but i did have a not-so-good experience with it one time eating with my friends. The rice was cold and the chicken was too chewy. However, the menu at H.O.T is getting bored to me so I decided to give this place another try. Wow, iThai seafood noodle is the bomb. Perfectly spicy and great blend with other spices and seafood. I had extra squids i/o shrimps. So goooood. Then, an average experience again when I ordered wonton noodle take out, noodle was undercooked and wontons were cold. *long sigh* Tonight, after feeling fresh, I usually feel hungry. My favorite Korean restaurant closes early ‘n I craved for something sweet and spicy and watery. Hence; I come back here. Guessing that pick out the icon dish such as Tomyum soup would never goes wrong. Indeed, it is not. So deliciousss. I tend to leave behind soups and only prefer meat, veggies and noodle, not the soup. But this time, I drank till it crank!!! Wonderful! My International Women’s day completes with joy… So I guess, with iThai, it is perhaps better to eat in rather than order or take out ;)

It’s not the best in SF, but iDigress. It’s convenient that I can get other Asian options along with my Thai favorites. Their pad Thai is decent, their chicken satay nicely grilled(weird tasting peanut sauce though!) and my co worker liked her fish cake. We found the samosas to be too greasy and I didn’t like that they charged $ 7 for 6 tiny rolls of vegetarian spring roll. We got delivery through our order on eat24, was quoted 75 minutes, but got our meal in an hour. Horay for that.

Ordered delivery at 12:45am and it arrived 1:30am-ish. Transaction was smooth and speedy. The food itself is pretty good(as my expectations were not too high). Portions are a bit smaller than most places and it’s not the most authentic. Come here if you need a no-fuss meal.

The entrée I got from this place was pretty great. I ordered the kau pad gai tod for takeout which was fried chicken over fried rice with the special sauce(which by the way is just sweet and sour to my knowledge). The portions were satisfactory. It wasn’t too small and it wasn’t too overwhelming. The chicken wasn’t too crispy like the traditional fried chicken that we know of in America. I would say that the order I got was tasty and would love to try other entrees from this place!

This place is pretty bomb. I ordered takeout from them for the first time, and the delivery was very fast which is always a plus! I ordered the Mussaman Nuer and the iThai Fried Rice. The portions were perfect — not too small but not too big. The Mussaman Nuer is one of the BEST curries I’ve ever had! The curry had somewhat of a peanut, coconut flavor to it, with braised shortrib and potatoes. The shortrib was so tender and just melts in your mouth! And the iThai Fried Rice had amazing flavors of onion, basil, and lime. I ordered both dishes medium spicy which was pretty spicy! So definitely keep that in mind when you’re ordering how hot you want your dish to be. I loved both dishes and the pricing is very reasonable! I will absolutely order from this place again! They really know how to add spice and Thai flavors to their food. It doesn’t taste Americanized at all. Authentic flavors which is what I look for!

Was really surprised by this Thai street food restaurant. Just passed by not knowing the place I thought I would give it a try. Went for the traditional favorite pad Thai. It was actually really good– had a mix of chicken and prawns. My friend had the duck curry. It was also really tasty and great value. The only downside is that it lacks atmosphere. But as cheap and cheerful places go, you can’t do a lot better.

Overall, not impressed. I should have been forewarned by the suspicious smell that crept into my nose upon first entering this establishment. Now, don’t get me wrong, this place isn’t bad. But it’s just that Thai food places are a dime a dozen in this city, and I could have gone to any of them and probably had good that was just as good, if not better. Also, this place is super dark on the inside. Feels like I’m at the club(there’s also a small stage in the rear of the restaurant). I could barely read the menu. What I could read resulted in me ordering the fish cakes appetizer and shrimp pad Thai. I didn’t like the fish cakes. The texture was a bit too soft for me, and a bit, well, FISHY! The pad Thai was alright, but they put dried shrimps in as well, and I found those to be a bit chewy. But it wasn’t terrible(because I definitely finished the entire thing in one sitting– don’t just me, I was hangry). Overall, this is an okay place however I don’t see myself going out of the way to go back. But if you’re looking for something different or just. Bit curious, then go for it. Additionally, the name is a bit deceiving to some. I totally thought this place had some relation to Apple. But nope, it appears this is just a second removed cousin to the McIntosh empire. Likes: –centrally located –pretty expansive menu –friendly customer service Dislikes: –dark décor(great if you’re going to/from the club and want to get the ambiance started early… or wanna keep it going) –food was a bit unremarkable

My best friend & I ordered for delivery & it came within an hour or less. We had gotten the egg rolls(it wasn’t that good, hardly any flavor), the pad Thai(spicy), which was super spicy & mediocre & the lemon grass chicken(sweet) For 3 things it was $ 27. My best friend & I didn’t eat all the food because it really wasn’t that great.
