i had a major spill (half a large container of laundry detergent) on my carpet on a Saturday evening. I called the guy up and he was here in less than 30 min. He cleaned my carpet until the carpet didn’t feel sticky or soapy…
the price was very reasonable… in fact, i wanted to pay him more for doing such a great job and coming out on a last minute notice… but he wouldn’t take it…
definitely a go to person for carpet cleaning needs.

Dune and his wife did a great job, not only cleaning a carpet in a rental apartment but also cleaning the bathroom and kitchen. All for a reasonable price. Their English isn’t the best, so sometimes it’s a bit challenging communicating, but that’s offset by the quality of their work and their willing attitude.

We needed a carpet cleaner for our office that we are moving out of the same day on a Saturday and they came within an hour and a half and did an AMAZING! job. They were sooooooo nice and helpful. The carpet looked brand new. The price was extremely reasonable. It is a small family business and we felt really good giving business to them. They even did extra on their way out, like the hall and even the doormat in front of the office door for no extra, and he even helped load a bookshelf into the car! We can not recommend this business enough.

before cny (chinese new year) we are suppose to do clean up. so here i dail james carpet cleaning and services and book an appointment with these folks.
since weekend works well with me and with these hard working folks. i had them early in the morning taking care of my precious carpets. again these folks put magic into my carpets. great job guys! i would definitely make another appointment soon!

Took advantage of being home sick last weekend to clean up for Thanksgiving. Called them late Saturday and they were there 8:30am Sunday to do the job. It’s a mom and pop operation, no frills but they were on time, finished in about 3 hours and that was pretty fast for 4 area rugs plus 3bdrms and stair of wall2wall. They got out all the dust and stains, cat urp, makeup, paint, etc. Very affordable price — I will definitely call them again. Extra star because they work weekends.

Quality carpet cleaning at a good price. He was very accommodating with my last minute request — agreed to come Sat when I called on Friday morning and then was able to move it to Sunday morning when I called later to reschedule.
Work was quick and carpet looks great! Couldn’t ask for anything more…
