We challenged Jim with the impossible task of helping us find a condo within two days. While we didn’t believe it possible, Jim more than surpassed our expectations and we were in contract within 32 hours of landing at SFO.
He’s a fantastic agent who took the time to listen to our list of «must haves», dedicated himself to the challenge and helped us find the perfect place, within our limited budget, even under our demanding time constraints. I don’t think we’d have succeeded without Jim’s expert advice and resources.

Jim has been my real estate agent for 7 years. He really knows the SF market. If it were not for his help, I would not have been able to find a place that I enjoyed living in and was able to afford. Jim is the best real estate agent I have ever encounter. When we first were looking to buy some investment properties, Jim was very thoughtful and understanding — very accurate in selling price (good to have when you are bidding). He was 99% accurate in the selling price of every investment properties that we either bid or interested. He was able to accommodate our needs. SF market is his niche… no doubt. We couldn’t ask for more. Even though we were unable to purchase any investment properties, instead we came out with a great home at russian hill with TDF views.
Jim and his dream team are no doubt one of the best real estate team!!!
Without Jim’s accurancy, judgement and integrity, I wouldn’t have imagined owning anything.
