I met James when he represented a buyer on a home I was selling. He impressed me so much that the next time I had a home to sell, I hired James to do it. He’s smart, responsive, hard-​working and cares about his clients. I have since referred a friend to him who was equally impressed.

We couldn’t have made a better decision when selecting Renee and James to sell are condo, they were fantastic! We are not first time home sellers but it was the first time we sold a place in California. Renee and James guided us through the process and they kept us informed and involved every step of the way. I bought a house a year ago through Renee and I have to say that she was absolutely awesome. We weren’t even looking to by a house, but when we happened to see a listing for a cottage for sale, we knew we had to have it.
Renee was on it right away. Not only did she represent our interests well, but she helped guide us through our first home buying experience. Buying real estate can be a roller coaster of an experience, and the cottage almost slipped out of our hands. We somehow felt the cottage was fated to be ours, so Renee didn’t give up, and in the end she helped us negotiate the purchase.

James held an open house on a condo listed by Renee. We liked the condo and asked James to handle the transaction for us. After diligently clearing it with the seller and Renee, James represented us in the transaction. Every thing went smoothly and James was excellent in prodding the lender to fund escrow. We’re very satisfied with our experience.
