Jay’s Auto Works

My 2002 Boxster got hit while it was parked. I brought it to Aldo’s repair shop (he’s amazing btw) and he recommended Jay.
Jay gave me a quote on the spot that was much less than another shop I visited. He even threw in a free detail so my car would look perfect. When I picked it up, I was floored. The car looks brand new and my wife even noticed.
Jay is definitely going to be my go to man for any auto body work.

I research the heck out of my shops because I care about my car. Jay was highly rated, and I was given a casual recommendation through FB. I pulled the trigger and brought in my ’06 BMW for some scheduled maintenance. I got my rear brakes done, a coolant flush, and a brake flush. I quoted the same work through the dealer just up the street and Jay came more than 30% cheaper. He dropped me off at work, and also picked me up as well. Now that’s service. He sent me pictures of the parts he replaced and kept me updated on the progress. It seems simple that someone would think to do this now, but most don’t and I appreciate it.
Never felt pressured or pushed. He explained everything and was very knowledgeable about my car. Since he worked at BMW SF for over 17 years, I thoroughly trust him. He is definitely my new go to guy for BMW Service. Thanks!

He patiently put up with the phone calls and never lost his enthusiasm or made me feel bad about being cautious.
