Jo Malone

I don’t remember the women’s name but she was blonde, very attentive and sweet. My gf and I were Xmas shopping for ourselves and she helped us choose the perfect scent, low key. she reminded me of Helen Hunt. We had the best experience, she took her time and showed us every scent until we picked the perfect one.

finally got a chance to return the item after using it for 2 days — am sticking with my Chanel perfumes

I have been a huge Jo Malone fan for several years and their counter at Bloomies is my favorite location. The customer service is exceptional, especially Maria, who continues to provide the best customer service year and year! Jo Malone has the most exceptional products and I can’t imagine getting my «fix» anywhere else! :)

Thanks to Amy K, I decided to visit the Jo Malone in Nordstroms in San Fran and was so happy to be assisted by Karen and Shelley! They are so nice and helpful! They assisted me with a purchase and gave me lots of yummy samples. I love Jo Malone frangrances and they made my visit so fun. They shipped my purchase for free to avoid any TSA issues at the airport. I can’t wait until it arrives. Thank you ladies for amazing service! You both are wonderful!

If you are in the bay area and are a Jo Malone fan, please do yourself a favor and stop by the Jo Malone counter at Nordstrom’s in San Francisco. Ask for Karen!!! I used to live in the bay area and she always took such good care of me!!! I moved away a little over a year ago and I still call her to buy all of my Jo Malone products. She is that good!!! She is very generous with samples and her service is THE BEST!!! Jo Malone (Estee Lauder) is lucky to have her representing their product!!!

I normally go to the Nordstrom’s Jo Malone counter since the customer service there is really great. But I was in the Bloomies and decided to pop by the Jo Malone there.
Had a terrific experience with Karolyn Harrington. She was a doll and very helpful. She wasn’t pushy, just shared what she liked about Jo Malone. I didn’t feel like I was being pushed to buy anything. Karolyn was kind and genuine. I didn’t buy anything this time, but I know I have found my new Jo Malone sales rep!

My sister was visiting from Paris and had been searching for a limited edition six piece candle set that was unavailable there so when we found it here she was ecstatic. She’s a huge fan on the brand and loves the different scents. The girl who helped us was very nice!

It was my friend’s birthday and she mentioned at least five times that another friend of ours had this great cologne – I got the hint, and checked with the other woman to find out what it was. She told me she thought it was exclusive at Nieman’s, but a little digging and I found it at Bloomingdale’s (which is much more my style, and I get my Macy’s/Federated discount). I stopped in and had the best experience. The whole counter is very clean and the array of fragrances amazing – I was looking for the cedar and sweet lime (???). Josh was a great help and loaded me down with samples – grapefruit, pomegranate, lots of interesting stuff. Be sure to check this out; I’m afraid it will be addictive.
