I’ve been coming here since I was in middle school and I love Dr. Josephine! She is a cute little Chinese woman that’s always smiling and cheerful. She’s super nice and caring. She’s very fluent in English too, which took me by surprise because most doctors in Chinatown would speak Chinese to me. Dr. Josephine is only in Monday mornings, Fridays, and Saturdays. I believe there is another male doctor that takes over when she’s gone. The office may not be the best that you’ve ever seen, but it’s still decent. I’m usually here for the annual check up anyways, not the décor.

Évaluation du lieu : 3 Oakland, CA
I hadn’t been to a doctor in over 3 years, but finally had to because this nightime cough had been nagging me for over a week and was starting to worry me. HMO assigned me to this doctor, a 50ish little asian woman who was pretty friendly, but sort of rushed me as I was explaining the details of my ailment and didn’t seem to be listening fully to what I was saying. Office staff wasn’t the friendliest, but they weren’t too bad. There was a smell of fish in the waiting room from a fish market on the street below. Not their fault so I won’t ding them for that. In all, a satisfactory medical experience given the disastrous state of healthcare today, but will reserve the right to revise if I have to go back again.
