Josh Gottlieb has a great handle on teaching the details of Yoga to large groups or as an individual personal one-​on-​one instructor.
I have been taking his group classes for over two years at the San Francisco Bay Club, always a full house.
Lately I have been taking some private classes to work on inversions and huge gains have come about.
He’s pretty easy going but stays focused. We have been using the video function of my ipad and that’s really great for looking at whats going on and adjusting as we go.
I would highly suggest giving him a try if your thinking about a personal yoga instructor.
