KC has been teaching me music theory for guitar for the last 6 months. He is a very competent guitarist and drummer and is refreshingly inspired in both playing and teaching. He augments off the shelf music books with an impressive set of music folders that he has compiled that give the student a broad array of charts, instructional materials, and music catalogues ranging across genres. He has guided me competently and enthusiastically through difficult theory concepts, while also helping me commit to paper my own compositions. If you a looking for a teacher who can adapt to your musical interests and/or can inspire a student to get better in a productive manner, KC is the guy.

KC has taught our son guitar and drums for the past three years. He is an excellent teacher who continues to inspire and challenge our son. He is able to build a special rapport with students so that they feel both comfortable and continue to learn and grow. We have recommended KC to friends who have had the same experience.
