Keenan is really helping me to fix a whole bunch of stuff that is going wrong with my body. He makes it easy, fun and I’m pretty sure he actually cares about how my training is coming along. He is very much invested in what I’m doing and takes a lot of time to explain to me why we are doing certain exercises.

Keenan is one of the best trainers I’ve worked with. His enthusiasm is infectious and his knowledge expansive.
He worked with me to articulate defined goals and develop a lasting, sustainable program focusing on whole-​body wellness — and made it fun! His workouts are dynamic and fast-​paced — it’s not unusual to find yourself doing bosu ball squats, while you toss a medicine ball back and forth, and he chats away about the newest research on the benefits of myofascial release (foam rolling).
His background working as a physical therapist aide is evident — he is a stickler for form and stability and he has helped me develop a strong foundation to move towards more advanced movements, such as Olympic lifts.
He is motivational and effective and I could not recommend his services more highly!

Keenan is one of the most knowledgeable and passionate personal trainers I’ve ever met.
Our time together has focused on nutritional counseling and injury prevention through body mechanics and plyometrics. As someone in the medical profession myself, I have been impressed by Keenan’s mastery of not just the principles but also the nuances of the biomechanics and physiology. He engages with me on my level to explain the underlying issues without BS — I’ve never worked with a trainer who has had such a solid understanding and genuine passion for the subject.
I couldn’t recommend a trainer as thoughtful, engaging, or motivating as Keenan!
