Ken Glidewell is the best real estate agent in San Francisco. That may sound like an exaggerated statement but quite frankly I can’t imagine anyone more outstanding.
I manage a trust and have sold several properties in the Bay Area. When it came time to select an agent in San Francisco, I asked a close friend who is a well known real estate guru and author of two best selling books on the subject. He recommended Ken Glidewell.
Ken lived up to his recommendation and then exceeded it.
He is personable, professional, precise, principled, strategic and extremely knowledgeable about the market. His input throughout the process was invaluable.

What really sets Ken apart, though, is his attention to detail. We bought our new house when it was basically a big hole in the ground. Ken has worked closely with us and the builders at every turn to make sure the house turns out exactly as specified and closes in a reasonable time. Some agents think their job ends when the house is bought/​sold – not Ken. He is there until you are happy with the transaction.
