Kevin and his Partner Katie helped us a lot with recent home purchase. San Francisco’s real-​estate market is crazy and can be overwhelming, but Kevin and Katie where a great help and full of support. The most refreshing and important thing is that they are very honest and really tell you how things truly are. This is such a rarity in the housing market.
I would very much recommend them to any home buyer or seller. Thanks so much for making this process enjoyable.

I can’t say enough about Kevin. He KNOWS this business. He helped us find our home in one of the most competitive markets in SF history. His background and expertise in building and contracting helped us immensely as we walked through homes. He was able to tell us what hidden costs to look for and what to not be swayed by. His advice was spot on and we ended up with a great house that was in our price range. I wouldn’t think of using anyone else if we choose to move again, though we love our house so much I doubt we will. He’s the best.

Yeah, I know you have all hear that before, but Kevin really is the BEST.
Here is our story:
My husband and I were in our rental for years and we loved our Sunset house. We were five blocks away from his parents and we wanted to buy the house. We made several overtures but the landlord didn’t want to sell.
We were getting killed in taxes so we bought a cabin at the Russian River thinking we would continue to rent in the city and own the cabin in the Redwoods. Everything was GREAT!
Then the call came that every renter dreads, the landlord wanted to move back into our rental after 12 years.
We thought we had two choices, 1) sell the cabin and use the money for the down payment on a house in the city or 2) move to the Russian River and leave our life in SF. We really didn’t want to leave SF as we are both natives but we could only come up with 10 percent down with such short notice. We love the cabin and didn’t want to sell.
We called Kevin in a panic. We were emotional, crazed and generally a mess!
Kevin put up with my crying and freak-​outs and checked in with me daily. He walked us both through the SF buying market with such patience it was amazing! We only had a short time to find a place and a whole list of what we wanted in a house.
We found a house that we thought was «THE ONE» but we were outbid. Not once did Kevin give up on us or our search for the perfect home.
I went to an open house and called Kevin from my car and said, «I think I just found our house» Kevin was there within minutes and knew the listing agents (who were also incredible). The sellers accepted an early offer and we moved into our new place May 1^st! Yes folks, we were able to buy a house in SF with only a 10 percent down payment thanks to Kevin!
Kevin knows SF real estate as he is a SF Native and is a son of a contractor so he is also super knowledgeable about construction. I can’t tell you how many houses we saw and he said, «Nope, this is a cheaply flipped house». I can’t stress how important this knowledge is in a market where you usually have to waive all contingencies.
I’ve linked the story of our search to this review but please know, the ONLY reason we agreed to be interviewed was to tell everyone how amazing Kevin was. Of course they only mention him at the very end, UGH!!!
For those that are looking to buy a house in SF, my advice is don’t give up and do yourself a favor, call Kevin.

Kevin did a phenomenal job with a 1031 exchange that involved selling a building in SF and scouring the Bay Area for a desirable new property.
It was not an easy or quick process. But Kevin’s expertise, his sage advice and his knowledge of the local market all combined to make both sales.
Kevin is very easy to work with and he is very responsive. I never felt I was «out of the loop» with what was going on.
Even during stressful moments (like when the first sale of the SF building fell through), Kevin kept his cool and helped me keep mine. He kept his eye on the ball and both transactions ended up going smoothly.
