We worked with Mike and when we were looking at other vendors they were willing to give us a potential savings that others were not able to do. So we have been with them since and all works well. The service in the past is fairly prompt, but it could be improved upon (moreso when we had our old ailing machine) Overall, we are very happy with our relationship with them.

When I agreed to meet with our now Konica rep Andral Hagos, I did not know how great of a service he would provide! From the first day he walked in to our office he has provided us with excellent customer service and is willing to help with just about anything we ask. We have the bizhub364e for a law firm of about ten people and could not be happier with the quality of the printing, the scanning abilities and just overall. Andral has taken the time to follow up with us periodically to make sure all is well and it is greatly appreciated. We are very pleased with our decision to go with Konica Minolta!

Finished a 5 year lease with these crooks last year. You think they would be loyal and helpful when it was time to return the machine. NOT! During the course of the lease, the contract was sold to CIT Financial. Prior to the end of my lease I tried many times to receive the address to return the machine. Took me 6 months of additional payments to get the address to return the machine!
BEWARE. Nightmare. Good luck. rj

Since signing on with Konica Minolta two years ago, we have been really pleased with their products and their customer support. We made the switch from Toshiba, and these are far better machines. The quality and reliability of their copier fleet is great. We use the bizhub 280 and 360 models.
What makes them really shine is their customer service. Mike Salinas has been invaluable in making sure our needs are more than met. He is helpful, reliable and super friendly. The entire team at Konica has been great. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.
