Kulsoom Kazmi — Urban Design Concepts had a showing at the Marriott in Fremont, Ca on March 12 – 132011. I was looking to shop for some Dasi clothing for a wedding I am going to attend. So, I stopped by on one of those days and unfortunately walked out with noting and felt it was such a waste of my time. The owner was rude and disrespectful. As I entered and with hardly any customers in the room I did not even get a greeting. I thought I had walked in the wrong place because the owner seemed preoccupied with her laptop and coffee and no one said hello. The owner, who I latter found out is a partner in this designing company, was complaining how she did not have a stirrer to stir her coffee. Latter, when things settled down I asked how much an outfit was and she asked me to look for the price tag which was not even displayed on correctly. After about 10 minutes or so she finally approaches me and asks if I needed anything. One would think she was having a bad moment or something like it however, my friends and family also visited her exhibition at different times that same weekend had a similar experience. Although, despite the poor customer service her designs are some what unique and current with a twist of some past popular fashion trends.
