The convenience store, Loop, was well stocked, clean, brightly lit and had 3 employees at the cashier area.
The women’s bathroom was clean and roomy.
The Shell gas station on the premise offers diesel and the gas prices are lower compared to nearby competitors.

This place has gone down hill fast! When it first opened we had fantastic service, it was always clean and organized. The workers really cared and they knew our names by heart. We used to come in every Saturday morning to get coffee and a pastry before we headed out to the dog park. Something happened about 10 months ago, they completely changed over all the staff, no one wants to help you out it is the slowest services ever. Its always a new person working the desk that could careless to actually do their job!

This place has gone down. The bathroom is filthy and half the time the women’s is out of service. It claims to be open 24 hours and it’s really not.

That’s the worst food mart I have ever seen it says 24 hours I went there several times after midnight they were closed and no body says the reason they just rudely walk away from customer this happen several times like today may 5th 2015 3:15 am if they closed and a few angry people were there at the same time I am personally I don’t think I would be shop there this is not convenient for any one not good reputation.

NOT OPEN 24 HOURS.
I walked down to The Loop tonight because it’s relatively close and is supposedly open 24 hours. There was a sign tapped to the door saying it was closed.
Lame.
I get it if you don’t want to work late nights. But don’t say you are open 24 hours if you are not in fact open 24 hours.

Today, I made my last visit to this station. They’ve taken to the practice of making you go into the store when you use a credit card at the pump. I’m assuming it’s so you’ll buy something. I quit. I work within a block of this place and was so excited to see a nice store open there, but it’s gone continuously downhill over the past year and their customer service has reached an all-​time low.
After trying to use my card again this morning and getting the «See Cashier» message on the pump, I got in my car and drove down the street, around the corner to the Chevron station. I used the same card, no problem — AND, it was easier to get in and out of the Chevron station.
Goodbye, Loop and Shell. Your aggressive methods to get me to spend money didn’t work.

I’m giving this place 5 stars not because I think they serve up culinary perfection but because this is literally the best gas station store I’ve ever been to.
Inside, it is climate controlled and very clean. There’s a large selection of drinks and snacks, with even organic option. It’s literally the Whole Foods of convenience stores. I particularly like their shelf of fancy soda. They even have a froyo machine with toppings.
The fact that this place is open 24⁄7 is the cherry on top. There aren’t many corner stores in the Dogpatch area so I’m very thankful for this place.

In a San Franciscan world of 7-​Elevens and Starbuckses, we now have the option of Loop. It’s clean and large inside with a number of things you wouldn’t normally expect from a gas station store.
There’s a stool counter for you to be posh while you fill out your lotto tickets. (
) There’s an Amazon Locker-​ish package pickup locker. (
) Most of the wall circumference is the beverage selection. Yes, it includes 49’ers water. (

What I notice most is the subtle-​but-​not-​subtle branding or style they’re pushing. You see it in the cheeky graphics and slogans throughout the store. You’ll feel happier about buying your refrigerated Bacon Addict burger here.

One of the nicest «gas stop» market I have been. Design is modern and clean inside, with a sense of humor. Even is $ 1.59 coffee is decent. Great job.
