Luba’s European Skincare

When I went to see Luba, I hadn’t gotten my eyebrows waxed in months because everyone that I went to always didn’t do a great job. I was getting discouraged. And then I found Luba on Unilocal.She seems to have a lot of knowledge and sensitive skin and the appropriate type of wax to prevent redness. In fact, My skin was hardly red after my wax, which has never happened. She did a great job. Was very thorough and kept a beautiful, full, and natural shape to my brows.

Luba is amazing! She really takes her time with the facials she gives. The only complaint that I have is that she is too popular and is always hard to get an appointment, but you should try! It took me going to many different places to realize that she is the best! She really extracts the skin and uses great products!!!

Her office is private, clean, and has tons of expert tools of the trade. This is not a room in the back of a nail salon thrown together as an additional service.

I love going to Luba– she is super professional but friendly and has made sure to educate me about the best techniques to make a wax last longer. Luba is AMAZING! As a new mom, I had not had time to get my brows, lip and chin done in over 4 months and the situation was becoming desperate! I saw Luba’s reviews and, best of all, her salon is merely blocks from my house and she fit me in the same day. She even called me when an earlier appt became available.
As for the waxing, she had excellent attention to detail, used wonderful products on my skin and the waxing and tweezing were virtually painless. Plus, my brows look gorgeous! To top it all off, it was $ 15 less than other high-​end places I’ve been. Luba is my new favorite aesthetician.

I went to Luba for my very first brazilian waxing. I was very nervous and knew it would be really painful, but Luba made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. She was very professional and used great products. After the brazilian wax, i then got an eyebrow wax, again she did a great job! she studied my face and gave me great tips on how to tweeze in-​between waxing. Luba treats her clients very well and makes them want to come back! Great prices too!

I’ve been going to Luba for about 1.5 years now– and she is absolutely wonderful. If you have problem acne– prone skin– this is the place to go– Luba does a terrific and thorough job with extractions, and I NEVER have had an inflamation afterwards. I also really like the products she offers; she carries a wide selection of skincare products for all skin types, so she would reccomend something that suits you best; another thing that I really appreciate is that she doesn’t force you into buyng the expensive products (I ‘ve had an issue with with outher cosmetologists I’ve gone to, and you know, it can make for quite an uncomfortable experience). Like the other reviewer have mentioned, her prices are very reasonable– $ 75 for a 1.5 hr basic facial. And YES, terrific job with the eyebrows– after years of plucking my eyebrows on my own I can definetely see the difference!

Luba is awesome. She didn’t just wax my eyebrows like many places tend to do. She studied my face and suggested the best shape for it. I never knew that in all these years of getting my eyebrows done at random places, I actually didn’t have an even shape. She took her time, didn’t rush me and made sure to explain any changes in my current shape which looks SO much better now!

I’ve been going to this salon for waxing and facials. Beautician’s name is Luba. She does an amazing job at a very modest price. She’s really neat and meticulous too. Thanks to her I collect compliments on my eye brows, also after her wax I can’t find a single hair on my legs. She uses the type of wax that suits my sensitive skin, so waxing isn’t nearly as painful as it used to be at other places I used to go to.
Luba’s facials are really great too. She also carries whole range of skincare products which she helps you to select for your skin type.
