M & M Airport Shuttle

They picked me up on time for my 6 am flight. It was only $ 15 + tip. The driver was really friendly.
However, when I called, I made sure the lady read back to me the day and time I needed to be picked up and that they knew exactly where I lived.

Stranded me at 4am at SFO. Never showed up to pick me up even though I confirmed. Use at your own risk.

I used this shuttle for a 5 am flight to Colorado. They picked me up promptly at 3am. I’m actually on the phone with them right now ordering a shuttle for me and my friends for VEGAS BABY!!!

I needed to use a shuttle service to get to SFO since my car was in service. So being a cheapskate, I found this company and reserved the service. At that morning, a fat old man greeted me. I was hoping that he would drive ok, but my low expectation met with even lower experience.
First he asked me if I could pay by cash. I told him that I needed to go to ATM. He sounded happy for that idea, so I obliged. Later my coworker told me that alone would be a sign of bad service, but I didn’t know better.
The road was crowded, and he told me he needed to go to bathroom. So he stopped by at a gas station only to find bathroom out of service. So he resumed his driving. During his drive, he played some Mexican music, with girls singing «we remember when we get hurt…» and so on. Wow, that brought my mood down.
Then he told me that he peed on his pants. I thought «whatta hell?!» He then told me that he peed because the bathroom was out of order. Of course I thought «you know, you could’ve tried other gas stations!» But being a nice guy, I smiled fakingly and said nothing.
Then after I got money for him, he called his boss that he could not take customers for a few hours because he peed on his pants and needed to go back his home. He was somehow able to convince her to go home after I would drop me off, but complained that Pinay women complained too much, tried to boss him around, blah blah blah. I thought «hell yeah, who would not complain that a mature man was not able to take care of his business,» but again, looked down not to show my facial expression in disbelief. After 1 hour and 40 minutes of surreal experience, I finally got to SFO. As he took my money, he showed his wet jeans.
I could’ve not given him any tip, but since his actions gave me an unforgettable experience, I felt some sympathy. But I will have to give this company 1 star so others will not have bad experiences.

cheap airport shuttle service. possibly the cheapest… sf city to sfo for $ 12…but.take caution… used m&m about 4 or 5 times… twice…shuttle van never showed up…(ended up taking a cab for $ 38)…want to take those odds… i think not…

I live in the East Bay and needed a ride to SFO to catch an international flight. I made my reservation for a private car door-​to-​door several days in advance and confirmed the evening before my flight.
The day of my flight I am in the bathroom getting ready and someone from M & M calls. When I listen to the message, I am shocked… it was 15 minutes before I needed to leave and they left a message saying that they had given me the wrong price and that the actual price was DOUBLE what I had been quoted! I now had less than 15 minutes to find a ride to SFO in the middle of the day on a work-​day… or I could give in to their extortion attempt. I first called them back to make sure it wasn’t some type of error and to see if something could be done. The woman was completely rude, but said she would try to ‘work out’ something. I waste another 5 minutes on the phone with her before she tells me she can take $ 20 off (which still left the price about 50% higher), but I have to give the driver a big tip because he is doing me a favor. With about 5 minutes before I should be leaving, I reluctantly agree. Then she tells me the driver will take about 30 minutes to get to my house. This was going to be cutting it close.
As soon as I got off the phone, I luckily found a friend who could leave work early to take me. I called M & M immediately back to cancel. The same woman answered and as soon as I said the word cancel, she cursed and hung up on me. (I wish I could remember her name now that I’m writing this)
If you need reliable transportation to the airport — avoid M&M at all cost. Had I not found someone else to take me to the airport, I would have been completely at their mercy. They seem to prey on travelers by betting they would rather pay the outrageous last minute price increase than miss their flight. I hope this review can save you a lot of unnecessary stress by encouraging you to choose another shuttle company — I only wish I had one I could recommend.

I live in SF with my wife, 3 year old, and 4 month old sons. We were all taking a flight out of Oakland airport so I reserved a door-​to-​door shuttle from M&M’s a week and a half in advance. I called the night before our pickup to confirm.
The day of, our shuttle never arrived. I called when it was 5 minutes, 10 minutes and 15 minutes late and the receptionist finally said she could not locate the driver. She offered to pay for a cab fare but by that time I had to leave the city since there’s no guarantee when a cab would show up, we had to leave right then.
So I packed up our car, drove to OAK and parked in long-​term parking which cost us a fortune since we were gone for almost two weeks.
By the time we left our house it was a half hour late and still no shuttle ever showed up. If you’re looking for a shuttle service I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.
