Get their veggie breakfast bagel. Even if you’re not vegetarian, it’s still delicious. You choose the type of bagel and spread(cream cheese or hummus), and it’s topped with sprouts, tomato, cucumbers, and potentially more but I forget. They toast the bagel so it’s all warm but the veggies are still fresh and crisp. Delicious and fairly cheap! Their bolivian coffee is really good. I’d take it over Starbucks any day. They also have a surprising variety of snacks and candy so you’re bound to find something you like. Overall a great spot for a meal, snacks, or coffee.

ah, the main tower deli. This place is a staple of my work week. I happen to work in the same building, so it’s ultra convenient to pop in here for a bagel and coffee in the morning, or run down and grab something hot for lunch on days I don’t feel like bravin g the FiDi crowds. The food is decently priced with good selection– I’m a fan of the falafel wrap and the Cool Ranch Chicken myself. The breakfast burritos are pretty damn good for eggs cooked on a panini press(seriously), and the bagels are hot, toasted and full of yummy cream cheese. I miss the fountain sodas, but the guys behind the counter are happy to grab you a cup of ice to go with your can or bottle of Diet Coke, should you need it. It’s basic, it’s simple, it’s cheap. Seating is plentiful, the service is friendly and fast– what more could you want?

I have had at least 7 meals here. All have been excellent. I just finished a breakfast burrito and after marinating in it’s glory for a while, i realized — it’s time to leave a positive review.

I eat lunch here at least twice a week. The food is fresh and the dudes hustle. Not much more you can ask.

Found this place just by chance. You can’t see this off any main street so they must get foot traffic by all the workers in the nearby buildings. I just had a plain turkey sandwich on wheat bread. It was decent. nothing special. I did like there was lots of seating an felt very spacious. I definitely have to come back to try more sandwiches and potentially their burgers/fries(which apparently a lot of people were having when I was there).

$ 7.58 for the Giants burger, on an unusual bread. Very nice quality/price ratio, and a bonus: very close to my new office :)

$ 8 for the daily special is a nice price, food was good. Went there with 5 friends, every one enjoyed their food. Good price/quality.

All the food is good. They have a nice variety of breakfast items(bagels, breakfast burritos, etc), the coffee is good, fresh OJ. And their lunches are good with a variety of sandwiches/specials. Usually you can get a combo special for lunch for like $ 7. Pretty good prices for downtown! You gotta have the Breakfast Burritos(Chorizo or Bacon!) Both are delicious! Plus the service is great!

In the city for a meeting I stopped here for breakfast. The service was great, folks really friendly, and food was good. Prices are decent. I see they have a lunch buffet set up but I didn’t have time to try that. I would recommend this place if your on this side of financial district.

So I was looking for what used to be here but now it’s called Main Tower instead of Nazdak Café since it’s in the Schwab building. Anyhow, I was here for the breakfast burrito and it’s pretty good here. The egg is tasty and you get a good amount of cheese in the burrito. Otherwise, it’s pretty standard fare, but a solid option if you work in the building. I also saw my friend @jmk on CNN while eating here — random!

I had a turkey melt on sour dough and it was really really good. I will be going here and trying more of the menu in the future, but for now this place is really great.

You know you’ve got a sandwich winner when you bring it to a meeting and your coworker stares at it and says, with a hint of jealousy, «that looks amazing, where did you get it» I enthusiastically said the Main Tower Deli(formerly the Nasdak Café), and that this delicious turkey and cranberry concoction on a wheat roll came with friendly service and only cost me $ 5 and change. I wouldn’t be surprised if my co-worker made this her next lunch stop. Unilocaling this a few days later, I can confirm she did. Three times.
